Daytime temperatures in Stockholm, Switzerland regularly drop as cold as 23 Fahrenheit, but it's common to see children left outside restaurants and coffee shops by their parents for a sleep in the stroller. "I think it's good for them to be in the fresh air as soon as possible," said Lisa Mardon, a mother-of-three. "When the temperature drops to -15C we always cover the prams with blankets."

Having children goes on, regardless of how cold the temperature. I remember toting my babies around when it was -20f. Now my oldest is 10.

Normal parenting practices that have worked for thousands of years is illegal in the United States. All with a vague child endangerment definition, which is whatever offends the sensibilities of the people near by.
