A mother recorded TSA agents at Lambert Airport in St. Louis trying to screen her distraught and crying young daughter in a wheelchair at a security checkpoint on Feb. 8. "Our three-year-old daughter was set aside for a 'pat down' and 'wheelchair swab,'" the video states. Annie Schulte posted the video on YouTube. Her daughter Lucy has spina bifida.
