Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

Aalaya Walker was visiting a friend in St. Petersburg Monday when they decided they wanted some late-night waffles, The Tampa Bay Times reported. So Walker began preheating the oven -- unaware that her friend, JJ Sandy, 25, was storing a magazine from his .45-caliber Glock 21 in the oven. The magazine exploded about 9 p.m. ET, spraying casing fragments at high speed and striking Walker.

Sandy wasn't charged because he had a proper concealed weapons permit...

Another negligent gun owner that won't be held accountable for being irresponsible.

The oven had a concealed carry permit and was well within it's rights to protect the home under the Castle Law.

They need to pass a law limiting the number of bullets one can place in an oven at one time. It should be less than 10. Who the heck needs to have anymore in their oven? A double barrel 12g shotgon is all they need in the oven!
