Ah yes. A very similar case of a failed bomber prosecuted by the Bush admin in Fed Court and now serving life imprisonment.

Which is why Tom Ridge, Homeland Sec chief at the time and other pol hacks like Peter King have come out politicizing this terror event, claiming among other things that the guy should be tried by a military tribunal.

The Crotch Bomber is being used as a political football by partisan hacks who are, like they were with Clinton, more concerned about damaging the Pres than aiding the country.
