Where is he feeling pain?
Well, since it's unlikely that he's feeling anything below the chest, I'm going to guess that it's...anywhere above his chest.
Since you don't know, you should STFU
Was he shot in the head?
I have no idea where he was shot. Do you?
Yes, he was shot in the spine
Do you believe everything a defense attorney says?
Grasping for straws. Why do you assume that the attorney is lying?
Because the attorney is not under oath.
What would the attorney have to gain by saying his client is in pain?
He would lie to gain sympathy for his client.
They don't have pain medication in the hospital?
Last I checked, they do have pain medication.
Then he wouldn't be in constant pain then, would he? Do you know what the word "constant" means?
Does this mean that we can keep him medicated for the rest of his life? What happens if they stop giving him pain medication?
Having shown he is not in constant pain because of the pain medication available, we can speculate on a head wound. These things heal up, and the pain will go away. Pain comes from nerves being traumatised. But to answer your question---yes, we could keep him medicated the rest of his life if necessary--why do you think we couldn't?
Are you the idiot you appear to be?
Well, that question still remains unanswered for me. At least we know I can read. For you, I think we've all reached a consensus.
Like I could care what a bunch of small minded cretins "think".
Tighten your chin strap, grab your crayons and go eat some more paste.
I don't share your love of Elmer's. You have proven yourself to be the idiot you appear to be.
