Already exists. Called public defenders. But how about we socialize police services, or fire services, or road maintenance? Maybe socialistic library services so whiny online rightwingers can go suck on the public teat while waiting for their Socialist Security check to arrive?

I think all members of Congress should be audited. If Randy "Duke" Cunnigham (R-California) is handed millions by a defense contractor, then I'm sure there's literally billions of dollars being diverted from job creation and instead lining the pockets of our "legislators". And, I'd do the same to all state representatives as well.

According to the article's theory, it's not only energy being transferred but actual information too. I'm afraid I didn't do a very good job in getting across exactly what I meant when talking about "connectivity for the transfer of not only energy but information" opening up the possibility for there being alien life forms in outer space.

I just felt that to transfer information among the galaxies it would take a higher form of intelligence -- hence the possibility of some type of space alien capable of intelligence at that level. Unless by "intelligence" your article was referring to something different than I took it to mean.

I wish I was able to express myself in more scientific terms but I'm not very good at it. Hopefully you may know what I'm trying to get across?

If the bike is still available would you mind telling me how large the frame is? I am 5' 4" and need a bicycle that isn't too tall.
