The bills are and have been online for anyone to read. I did a few days ago. The deaf have the option of listening to them being read.

Win loose or draw they had better stick to that promise to post this ahead of voting on it.

regardless of any changes. If a change is made, it should postpone the vote another 72 hr. (although i could see this used as a delaying tactic)

This is too big a change to how people live and do business to just hammer it through.
