Obama Lifts HIV Travel Ban for Visitors to US

President Obama ended a two-decade ban Friday on people with HIV from entering the country, a restriction public health and AIDS experts described as archaic and discriminatory.

Do we need MORE people in the country with AIDS and HIV?

If he drops the ban on this group--only due to politics--what about the people with Leprosy and tuberculosis and gingivitis???

If these people are on their meds and are not having unprotected sex I don't see a problem. Much different than TB and other diseases that are far more easily spread.

Dr. DoucheBag, How are hate crime laws any way related to Marxism?

Hate crimes are given higher penalties due to the higher deterioration on society they bring. Have you ever noticed how batshit crazy cities go when their is a serial killer or rapist on the prowl and certain classifications of people realize they are being targeted?

You understand absolutely nothing about how society works nor do you understand what Marxism is about or even is.

I assume you would like to have segments of society being treated differently in the US? Bring back slavery? Oppress Jews? Remove universal suffrage?

You feel diminished as a white male without someone to piss on don't you? Maybe you should achieve something in your life to build your self-esteem instead.

I'm not crazy about the hate crime bill, but I'll give the President props for this. If there's an AIDS patient and an H1N1 sufferer on my flight, I know which one scares me more.

On the other hand, if this turns out to be a defacto red carpet for AIDS/HIV patients to come here for free care, I'll have to re-think my support.
