Rev. Wright, Bill Ayers, John Edwards And Oprah--Oh My!

The White House on Friday released a small list of visitors to the White House since President Barack Obama took office in January.

No previous administration has released such a list, though the information out so far is incomplete. Only 500 names out of the tens of thousands who have visited the Obama White House were made public. Like the Bush administration before it, Obama is arguing that any release is voluntary, not required by law, depsite two federal court rulings to the contrary.

"Obama names 110 White House visitors

The names released Friday include business leaders and lobbyists with a lot to gain or lose from Obama policies.

Democratic donor and businessman George Soros visited with White House aides twice.

Celebrities at the White House include Oprah Winfrey (who was there to interview Obama), actors George Clooney and Denzel Washington, and tennis star Serena Williams. Journalists include Paul Krugman, the New York Times columnist and Nobel Prize winner in economics.

General Electric CEO Jeffrey Immelt are also on the list. (Msnbc.com is a joint venture of Microsoft and NBC. One of NBC's parents is GE.)

Not that Bill Ayers

The White House warns that many names that may appear familiar and controversial do not in fact refer to the most famous people to carry those names.
Jeremiah Wright is on the list, but it's not the president's former pastor.
This Michael Jordan is not the basketball player.
This Michael Moore is not a filmmaker.
The William Ayers who took a group tour of the White House isn't the former radical from Chicago who figured so prominently in the 2008 campaign.
And the Angela Davis on the list has a different middle initial than the activist and former fugitive."

Too funneh.

Sad thing, of course, is that a lot of RWers will continue to believe that it was *that* Ayers and Wright on the list down the road cos that fits so neatly into their narrative.

Important things to note here are A) This is the first time EVAR that a POTUS has released a visitors list like that.

So Kudos to Obama fer providing a historic level of tranparency to government here,

...And B) Obama himself continues to insist that he's doing this because he chooses to do it not because he has to despite the courts finding that the POTUS does have to provide sed list.

Credit where credit is due.

Keep the Big Picture in mind.

The two names on the list that concern me are the head of SEUI, Andy Stern and George Soros.

George Soros especially because of his influence over the democratic party and the fact that he is out to destroy the dollar much like he did the pound.

On Black Wednesday (September 16, 1992), Soros's fund sold short more than $10 billion worth of pounds sterling, profiting from the Bank of England's reluctance to either raise its interest rates to levels comparable to those of other European Exchange Rate Mechanism countries or to float its currency.

Finally, the Bank of England withdrew the currency from the European Exchange Rate Mechanism, devaluing the pound sterling, and Soros earned an estimated US$ 1.1 billion in the process. He was dubbed "the man who broke the Bank of England."

What a greedy little capitalist the left enjoys taking money from.
