The Navy's new generation of Clitoral Combat Ships, so called because they come quickly, were tested in waters off Maine.

Early cost estimates for Littoral Combat Ships were about $220 million apiece, but costs spiraled because of the Navy's requirements and its desire to expedite construction. The cost of the ships is capped at $460 million apiece, starting in the new fiscal year.

And the defense budget has nothing to do with the deficit...

The aluminum version won't make it into production. it's just not a good material for military use.

They are almost impossible to sail however, as the ignition key is more of a G-spot, and not one serviceman has been able to find it yet.

Amazing. The Navy comes out with a truly astounding improvement and the Obama lefties think they must ridicule it.....before the left be accused of being anti-American....well, be accused of being lefties.
Obama and his supporters want us to have a deficient military. Will rcade correct me on that? HA! Then why, rcade, is this thread here? You agree with it or support our defense. No wedgie room there.
But Obama "will fight" in Afghanistan while his supporters mock any military improvement.
