Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik was jailed on Tuesday when a federal judge revoked his bail a week before his trial on conspiracy and fraud charges was due to begin. The judge agreed to a request to jail Kerik for leaking sealed information to a legal defense fund-raiser -- information the fund-raiser shared with the Washington Times newspaper. Kerik was a close friend of former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and was New York's police commissioner the day of the September 11, 2001, attacks. His career began to unravel upon being subjected to background checks when President George W. Bush nominated him in 2004 to become Homeland Security secretary.

Wonder if He gets to serve it in the jail that's named after Him. How Ironic that would be. Sighhhhhhhhhhh hehehehehe

Oh, yeah, sure, like it's Bush's fault Bush was gonna name him Director of Homeland Security. What's with you libtard weenies? It's like you think whatever Bush did in office has long-range consequencies. It's history. And you know what "history" sounds like, don't you? "Passed." Like gas. I thought Bush made it clear long ago: He wasn't responsible for anything -- neither are we -- and somebody's gotta do the hard werk. Besides, that cousin fekker Rudy recommended him.

We need more entertainment. Let us hope Rudi runs for Gov.

Awesome news.

General Population for him?

He promises to do it, "back-end". Like how he said he'd weed out illegal donations made by people all over the world with pre-paid credit cards. Of course, he'd already benefitted from the bump he got from the amount raised. Nobody asked that question after the election.

Wait, why was Obama brought up now?

Your right. I should have never said anything about backround checks. They did one on Timmy and still appointed the tax cheat afterall.

Kerik finally going up the river?

/obligatory.

Be Well.

Kerik helped sink Giuliani's quest for national
office. Rudy pushed Kerik on the Bush Administration
to fill the Secretary of Homeland Security post.
Not smart to recommend a crook for a cabinet level position. Looks like Bernie pissed off the wrong judge. Bad year for guys named Bernie.

Heckuva job Bernie!

"General Population for him?"

nope when cops go to jail they are in PC the whole time usually.

"Not smart to recommend a crook for a cabinet level position."

Seemed to work pretty well for Lil' Timmy.

OMG...I remember that rightard whining-point.

Two questions;

What was 'Greek' about the columns?

All of the columns in D.C. are now Greek?

Cook

Ya wanna narrow it down for us?

Are they Doric or Ionic or Corinthian?

hallichainy-go fk yourself

oh, yeah!

I gotta say, Kerik really disappointed me. He actually was a very effective commissioner of police and he handled the 9/11 disaster remarkably well.
When all the news came out about his shennanigans, I felt pissed at him for spoiling a great career. Ambition makes people think they are immune to examination.

Kerik's nomination was only one of the thousands of Dubya's political I.O.U.'s.

The stimulus money George Bush *unconditionally* doled out before he left office took care of the rest.

Keriks Bail revoked?

Hells yeah, that guys a bigger flight risk than Roman Polanski fer fucks sake.

Be Well.
