The Dems only care about human rights when they're not in the White House. Remember all those funny bumper that says "Free Tibet!", or say some nonsense about Darfur?

They don't really care. It's just a way that they can pretend to. If Dick Cheney were to say, you're right! Let's liberate Tibet!, the libbies would all rush outside to peel off their Tibet stickers, and put on the ones that say "War Is Not The Answer".

These people who make a big deal about human rights aren't doing Obama any favors. Don't they realize that he needs to be able to use them in speeches, but that's all? Come on--you don't expect him to actually pick up a phone, and make a difference, do you? Don't get all hopeychangey on us.

Is the author stupid or dishonest when he pretends he doesn't understand why the Obama administration would want to disconnect from Iranian groups who are in jeopardy of arrest, torture, murder. The last thing these people need to is to be connected to the US. That isn't Obama not caring about human rights it is Obama caring about human lives.

His salary was $2 million. He got a bunch of restricted stock, that he can't cash in for 10 years or so.

But after doing research on the guy, he's a big Obama supporter too. In fact, Obama has praised him in his speeches. So he's just another rich douchebag, who thinks he can use Washington to further enrich himself.

I'm sorry I'm with an insurance company that believes that climbing into bed with Obama and the Washington Democrats is a huge money-making opportunity. And that is something that I will remedy come renewal time, in December.

Seems as if Aetna has played this perfectly. Get their CEO (who's black, by the way) invited to the White House a half dozen times, get him to help in drafting the legislation, and pay over 90% of his compensation in stock awards that vest over years, which--if it works, will benefit everybody.
