Alabama Judge Accused of Spanking Inmates

Circuit judge Herman Thomas, once the Democratic Party's choice to be the first black federal judge in south Alabama, is accused of bringing male inmates to his office and other locations to spank them with a paddle and compel them to sex. His attorney calls the accusations a "high-tech lynching" by people who don't like "uppity black folks."

The only reason this is getting any attention is because the alleged victims are all black(not because the accused judge is black). Whites in the criminal justice system get horribly abused by hateful blacks who make up a large percentage of the staff/inmates in the criminal justice system. But if a white gets the boot by a black, libs just laugh and say it's payback.

Uh, this would make him a serial sexual predator.

This happened back in the early 80's in akron ohio.
Not a circuit judge, but a common pleas judge, barbudo was his name, I beleive. He preyed on mostly low income women whom were seeking lessor sentances for their mates.
As I recall, he was back on the streets, but not the bench after 6 months, as the prison system was a threat to his existance. Oh, and they claimed incarceration contributed to his failing health.

The elites never get what they truly deserve.
