Secret Service Investigates Kill-Obama Facebook Poll

A Facebook poll that asked "Should Obama be killed?" and got 730 votes -- before being removed -- is being investigated by the Secret Service. The poll offered four potential answers to the question: "Yes", "No", "Maybe," and "If he cuts my health care."

It's not that hard to change a name or two and an occurrence or two. The author was lazy, and/or trying to stir up controversy. Most likely, he or she feared being ignored but for using Bush.

Snow isn't too far off here, Hawk.

We've had a really nice September up until yesterday.

However, May, June, July, and the latter half of August were ridiculous. This doesn't even take into account an absolutely frigid winter that started circa Nov. 7 last year.

There was no crime here. The Facebook posting was a poll which did nothing more than ask a question. No affirmative statements were made. No threats were made. This is a pure free speech issue.

There has never been a prosecution of someone over asking a question.

I've this book three times now, and I've referenced it dozens of times and I can't find one little paragraph in here that says the government has the right to take over our health care.
