Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

A Pennsylvania judge dismissed animal-cruelty charges against a Moorestown police officer accused of sticking his penis into the mouths of five calves in 2006, claiming a grand jury couldn't infer whether the cows had been "tormented" or "puzzled" by the situation or even irritated that they'd been duped out of a meal.

This farmer in Ohio got busted for the same thing, having sex with his cow.

He went to court and the judge asked him:

"Mr. Jones what were you thinking when you were having sex with your cow?"

He replied, "I believe I was thinking about a younger sexier cow."

"who ordered the moo goo gai pan?"

Not me.

I like moo. I like gai pan. But not goo.

"If the cow had the cognitive ability to form thought and speak, would it say, 'Where's the milk? I'm not getting any milk,' " Judge James J. Morley asked.

Damn cow needs to be patient. The milk is on its way...

It just occurs to me that I have never seen a cow giving a bull a blow-job. Maybe they only do it when no humans are around.

It also makes me wonder how this man would feel if a bull tried to have sex with his wife?

I don't get it.

Why would the judge give a hoot about the cow's "disposition"? It doesn't matter if the cow enjoyed it or not. The statute requires penetration, that's it. Physical or emotional harm is completely irrelevant. The question must be asked, "what was the intent of the perp", and all evidence shows intent to sexually assault an animal. It is like a rapist saying, "she liked it" and a judge agreeing on the grounds that 'generally people like to have sex'.

Why was the tape not shown to the grand jury? There wasn't even a defense atty present to object to showing it! Under what objection was the tape dismissed? My understanding is the only thing presented at a Grand Jury hearing is what the prosecution wants to show. Trail is the place to argue the victim's disposition (which should be a short argument).

This isn't just a common case of 'One Law for Cops, Another Law for Everyone Else', is it?

New Jersey is fucked up.

Wow! Excuse me while I log off the internet for a minute.

Ah...

Er... Ah...

PUKE

uh huh

MAJOR HEAVING

uh er...

sorry SPUD but I just can't handle the thought of this...

PUKE Puke puke...

This sounds like entrapment to me. His intention obviously was to arrest the cow for lewd conduct and he just got a bit carried away with the act.

Brings to mind the album cover to Pink Floyd's "Atom Hearted Mother". Who could resits those big eyes and long eye lashes...

But seriously,

Looks like this guy and his girlfriend is also in trouble for assaulting young girls and for kiddie porn. What a piece of work.

Why would fucking a cow be against the law in the first place?

Cows exist to be hooked up to milkers for their lives and finally executed and turned into hamburger.

If that's not animal cruelty, then surely fucking them isn't cruel. Unless there's some law which states you're not allowed to play with your food.

"Why would fucking a cow be against the law in the first place?"

Fuck if I know.

What if this guy bought a 5 lb Roast Beef, brought it into the barn and "had his way" with it?
What would he be arrested for? Necrobovia?

Excuse me judge--you slimy idiotic butthead!

What if the person went after a child the same way?

The reasoning of this judge is enough to barf--he couldn't possibly have passed the bar or school for that matter.

The child doesn't comprehend or know what the heck is going on when being molested!!

This judge needs to step away from the bench.

What a friggin idiot!

Murphy -- a child is a human. A cow is a barnyard animal whose flesh we slice and grind up to eat.

Don't get me wrong -- the guy's a sick fuck. But you can't compare what happened to that cow to a human child being molested.

It's the JUDGE'S REASONING that has me pissed off!

The judge feels that the cow doesn't know what the heck is going on--so even if it's against the law--it's no big deal.

We have judges in this country with that same reasoning for KIDS who get molested.

Kids--young ones-- don't know what is going on--don't understand it--so no big phucking deal.

It's against the law!!!

And the judge is trying to think like a bovine!!

Would you feel better if the judge decided that killing cows is cruelty to animals?

Oh for fucks sake. The judge was having fun!

Imagine the conversations at the dinner table that night

It also makes me wonder how this man would feel if a bull tried to have sex with his wife?

It reminds me of the old joke, how do you turn a fox into a cow? You marry her.

I don't know, but I'll never eat stake if it has "secret sauce" on it.

"Why would fucking a cow be against the law in the first place?"

If iit's your cow, I see no problem, if it's someone else's cow, that would violate that person's property rights since cows are property.

Ten to one, the Judge grew up on a farm...

Yep, the judge probably knows from direct experience that the little critters have sharp teeth and the cop would have had a mangled tallywhacker if he tried to get a calf to suck him off.

Trying it five times? No way!

At least he wasn't horsing around.....

The sick cop was also arrested for abusing 3 small girls. I presume this judge will find some compelling reason to let the cop off on those charges as well. In some places, police just can't do wrong in the eyes of a Rtard judge.;
