We are not all treated equal. Blacks were noticeably denied rights for over a hundred years after they were declared citizens of the United States---why?--because the government did not support their equality. They couldn't vote--or sit in the same restaurant as whites. Where were their rights? I'll tell you---they were held by the government.

President Obama has promised he will create a health care insurance system that will cover all Americans. He will keep that promise. I believe I have admitted when he misspoke, and put it into a proper perspective. If Bush had said the same things, I would have cut him some slack also. Bush was in office when you and I were on this blog much longer than Obama has been. I called Bush a liar, but not on such petty subjects.
