The Judge should have said that the case could not go forward because there is a separation of powers clause found in the Good Book. You know the one about rendering unto ceaser that which is ceaser render unto God that which is of God. Since this Lawsuit was filed under the jurisdiction of Mans Law the case could not procede because God is not bound by Man's Laws.

A little research is sometimes eye opening.Paying taxes and getting it all back is a whole lot different that getting some or none or paying more. Maybe paying is the wrong word.
