Coming up is the third and final Presidential debate Wednesday and with nothing to loose and everything to gain I suspect John McCain to come out swinging with full force. Trouble is can he keep his facts straight and temperment cool and stay on message.

he's the dead man walking.

you betcha!

If he loses this next debate, and will know the results wednesday night, hell be laid out to rest
by the GOP the next morning and Bill O Reilly will take his spot on the ticket.

JOEL

I'd suggest if you continue to use that phrase you do it like 'McCain CAMPAIGN ....'

It's kind of spooky and inappropriate to do it like you are IMO

Since you seem to understand I mean "the John McCain campaign" there is no harm in using my title. Slate.com ran a Hillary Death Watch last spring and it was very popular. Most posts on her enjoy it, just relax and take a deep breath fella.

No problem big guy.

Wouldn't be a problem to say 'McCain Campaign death watch' either.

Whatever.

Tuddy:Ut Oh there's gonna be trooouuuuuble.

Are you some sort of Republican cry baby that is in self denial 10 points down with 23 days left to go.

Good Morning larry how was your sleep or have you been on here all night?

Nah I went to bed around 8 or 9 Oclock can't remember when and got up a couple hours ago. I will probably zonk out again shortly.

Ha ha ha

No, I've been an Obama supporter, max contributor, and active volunteer for almost 2 years now.

Got a note from the man but he's just someone who posts on here too. I figured if he was the BOSS man he wouldnt allow me to post on here again and that didn't work out. Still alive a kicking.

If it was RCADE (Rogers Cadenhead) he is the owner of the site.

PS

New Quinnipiac poll out just now from Florida:

Obama up by 8%

Quinnipiac is considered an "A" polling outfit.

Don't believe USA Survey as they seem to poll only republicans as the numbers are always closer.

Im sure the candidates check lots of polls every day as there has to be some degree of accuracy if there doing them every day and the point spread is pretty close to what is was the previous day.

Note to all readers. The title of this post "John McCain Death Watch" is not meant to be offensive or litteral in any way. John McCain is a good man whom I have a great deal of respect for as we both served in Vietnam. I did not know him then but things sometimes turn ugly in Presidential Politics in the USA. Ever since Rick Davis took over John's campaign it has taken a more personal attack mode. Tucker Bounds another McCain attack dog has made several apperances on CNN and has been very offensive towards there network anchors.
Since I have received a negative note from RCADE I wanted to publish this note to let all readers know that this title was used on Slate.com in the waining days of Hillary Clintons campaaign and was used and taken by readers in fun.

correction

No trouble tonight just a precaution Larry. Thx 4 the warning thou.

"Since I have received a negative note from RCADE I wanted to publish this note to let all readers know that this title was used on Slate.com in the waining days of Hillary Clintons campaaign and was used and taken by readers in fun."

In case we don't see you again, Mr. Labey, it has been nice knowing you.

RCade, the owner of this Web site, has warned you at least twice to not use this title: Once in a post:

This is in regard only to his campaign and I will be writing about this until Nov 3rd.

No, you won't. It's in bad taste to put a politician on a "death watch." I've already asked you to stop.

...and, by your own admission, once in a private e-mail.

He doesn't care one bit that "that this title was used on Slate.com." He does, however, probably care that you've willfully ignored his requests.

Dear RCADE..........This is obviously a personal decision that you have decided to make. Were are the rules of this site or do you make them up as you go along? Putting a politician on a death watch in the waining days of his lossing the election should be no issue. It is a way of expressing what is coming down the rode. Your readers have had fun with it and the only one it seems to offend is you. I have seen plenty of foul words and distaist on here. I suggest you go thru your site and clean up the perverts who you let run rampant on here.

"Were are the rules of this site or do you make them up as you go along?"

Ignore the requests of the owner of this site, then insult him. Let me guess: Diplomacy is not your forte, right?

I will not be insulting anyone.

As I've said twice when telling you to stop doing it, using a regular "Death Watch" headline for a politician is in bad taste and I'm not allowing it here.

Holy shit, you are judging tastfulness now?

I love it when RCADE gets all 'mavericky'. Even though I have felt the sting of Rcades whip (and not in the good way either), I still say he has the right and the obligation to use whatever rules he deems necessary because he has sponsors and stuff (BTW, I want one of those moose and squirelly shirts).

I appreciate the fact that he provides a place I can go chat about topical subjects with people my own age. It is a personal sacrifice that i can't make personal/sexual comments, but i'll live.

NOW STOP WHINING and get on with it.

I have to ditto with everyone else. This is Rcade's blog, he sets the rules, we live with them, whether we like them or not. How hard could it be to change the title to McCain Campaign Deathwatch Joel? I mean come on.

It does sound and look bad for the Mcsamer's.

However, as we have seen in many past elections, things can change quickly. Suddenly something may pop up that is a devastating thing for Obama. I do hope not because by far I see Obama as the least objectionable. I hate the hell out of voting for someone just because he will be less of a disaster. The alternatives "the failed candidates" are worse.

Should we find the most qualified man/woman that doesn't want the job then give it to them. As in "you are it, now help our sorry asses out of this mess".

Not going to happen!
