McCain's "campaign" is like a poitical version of limbo: how low can you go?

As long as the Republican candidate opens every speech with "My Friends" or "My fellow Americans" and finishes with "God bless America", he will have the GOP vote. Thinking isn't their strong suit. Nor for that matter is thinking apparently the trump suit of any politician(sorry).

We need to surreptitiously find the most qualified man or woman and just say "You're it!". It couldn't be worse than the election of some ego ridden nut job that wants the power associated with the office.

How about, "Meet Joe Blow, he doesn't want the job but is the best choice for it. He is "IT".

It wouldn't be any worse than what is happening now.

There's an idea I could go for.

Find the one person in the country who wants absolutely nothing to do with the Presidency-and make THAT person do the job for four years.

McCain is mounting a huge phone campaign in which many callers repeat the same lies over and over again. How can one get them to stop?

What is it about the GOP that they go along with this big load of crap no matter what? What would it take to get those people to exercise their great matter? Is it even possible? How is it possible that they ended up wit the worst ticket and the most disgusting campaign one can think of?
