Looks like slime-ball scare tactics work with uninformed (read moronic) voters.

From Politico:
As the reality that Obama could become president sinks in, the ire directed at him is amping up, as in this striking video taken by a liberal Ohio blogger outside a McCain-Palin rally in Ohio.
As Jonathan Martin notes, there's a special edge to the anti-Obama sentiment. Despised as John Kerry was, it's hard to imagine Republicans calling him, personally, a "terrorist," and speculating about his "bloodlines."
And while the vitriol may help, a bit, in rallying the base, it's also probably not something independent voters are going to find terribly attractive.
I agree with the last sentence. You normal, average, every day, educated, independent thinking voter is not going to buy the message of hate spewing forth from McCain and Palin.

It is nice to see these morons in their true colors.
Family Values right?
Just think how much better this country would be if we were to rid ourselves of such people.

Maybe McCain's hope now is that Obama will be assassinated - that can be the only explanation for leading supporters down this path.

"Just think how much better this country would be if we were to rid ourselves of such people"
Give them their own fucking country, or deport them.

Lisa, I asked that same question, but it, the video, is all over the place.

Hi Taxman!
Yes, but that doesn't make it real.
I received an email stating that the Book of Revelation describes the "anti Christ" as a 40 year old man, Muslim, etc...and it's been circulated all over the place, but it doesn't make it factual.
And it's not.

Good point Lisa, and good to have you back.
As for the video, I think the blonde who keeps on popping up may have had a few too many morning cocktails.

Ignorance just doesn't kill fast enough......
Ignorant Republicans don't make me mad anymore. I have resorted to laughing my ass off at them.
Thanks for the Video.

McCain and Palin will be responsible for another attack like the one last month in Tennessee where the guy shot up the church because he wanted to 'kill somr liberals'.
These folks are nucking futs!!!
#16 | Posted by AMERICANUNITY at 2008-10-09 07:33 PM | Reply | Flag: Flag: (Choose)FunnyNewsworthyOffensiveAbusive
And these folks are amateurs compared to the vile hatred on Daily Ko's and moveon.org and Huf n Puf.
Let's compare with Betray-Us Petraous and Bush is Hitler and the movies and the crap on the internet.
Yes--let's compare..
And only the likes of AU would claim that McCain is responsible for the TN shooting.
THAT is the kind of hatred that the left contains.

MURPHY
It's the shock jocks you listen to responsible for acts of violence against 'liberals'.
When McCain/Palin events are full of hateful idiots like those in the video, and then inside they have people screaming to kill Obama, your side has gone WAY WAY WAY over the edge in encouraging violence.
BTW, no one called out the guy who screamed to kill Obama. Not McCain. Not Palin. No one.
Buh bye

Quite a video. All he had to do was ask a few innocuous questions and let them hang themselves. No wonder the McCain campaign chases the Press away from the people at their rallies.

there are crazies on both sides. party-affiliation aside, the real point here is that way too many people are way too easily swayed by chain emails and partisan talk radio.
i respect an individual with an opposing view if they can articulate specifics driving their positions. if you think an individual is a terrorist because his name sounds terrorist-y, then you, MY FRIEND, are sadly... part of America

if liberals dont agree.......then the people are stupid and uninformed or wackos as a member of the CNN team said yesterday...........( as always solidly in THE TANK FOR OBAMA).......
when will you guys get off that bullshit?

Wow.. and watching the Palin speech in Johnstown, PA confirms that McCain supporters are seriously stupid. Seriously.
They are screaming for "clean coal technology".
Can we just abort these "voters" into a cavern until they become fuel?
"Please let that baby keep on cryin' - we love that sound." [she shakes her upset baby some more] "Ooh, he's just gigglin'." [creepy moment]
Can she speak to any specifics whatsoever? Even her alleged "best gay friend" is mysteriously absent and unnamed.
She claims that Obama is "vague and evasive".. talk about a kettle blacker than thou..

Uh.. You're obviously off your meds, grampy.
You don't seem to have any problem with voter fraud, a "war-time" presidency murdering over a million Iraqi or the half-assed display of arrogant classism ignoring New Orleans recovery.
Btw - McCain supporters are the ones screaming to kill Obama. Back to your sippy cup drinky McDumbass. :]

Class warfare: The current talking point is that poor blacks took out loans for homes they couldn't afford. This "financial meltdown" is obviously their fault.
Also, it's just coincidence that the majority of votes done away with are black voters? Now that many foreclosed voters they are unable to viable prove residency they will once again be omitted from the vote entirely.
Glenn Beck's quality time with Diddy is overdue - what a party that would be.

"...normal thinking voter is not going to buy the hate from McCain and Palin."
It's nice to think so. There are still undecideds out there. Hardly normal, thinking, etc. Simply not listening. They'll vote against a dark-skinned guy without considering any other factor. herm

HERM
My father-in-law and his Austrian-born-Nazi-wife-on- her-third-soldier (both older than you) are voting Palin because she's "fresh."
They have zero exposure to her.
