Daniel Ortega is now president of Nicaragua, sadly for John McCain he will never be president of the United States and it is right and just that John's support for an illegal war conducted against the legally elected president of Nicaragua decades ago should now catch up to him and reveal his disdain for democratic institutions. McCain is much like other neocons, he believes in democracy only as long as leaders he approves of are elected. Otherwise violent overthrow is considered a reasonable alternative.

McNazi sure hangs with some unsavory characters.

McCain's ties are facing renewed scrutiny after his campaign criticized Barack Obama for his link to a former radical who engaged in violent acts 40 years ago.

The U.S. Council for World Freedom was part of an international organization linked to former Nazi collaborators and ultra-right-wing death squads in Central America.

And we're supposed to trust McNazi?

I don't think so, sparky! Tell ya wot-I'll trust him as far as Nancy Reagan can throw him....

Say, Saint Sarah! I've spotted the nubs of Moose horns growin' outta McShame's head-grab a helicopter and yer gun!

The senior Bush's can't stand McSame either. They were good friends with his wife that he dumped for the trollop.

Ever notice Bush sr don't have anything to say about this election?

"Ever notice Bush sr don't have anything to say about this election?"

Actually he's been pretty quiet during the entire Dumbya presidency. I think he got his feelings hurt when Dumbya didn't read his autobiography.

LIP/DANNI-
Bush Sr has typically not gotten involved like we've seen with past presidents like Clinton & to a lesser degree, Carter. Elder Bush largely stayed out of his son's campaigns, at least in terms of bashing opponents. I don't really recall him going out to speak for his son.

To my understanding, those two presidents are the first two to "stoop" to politics after leaving office. All others have stayed above the fray - choosing to avoid being critical of other presidents. It is, after all, a tiny fraternity.
