Come January, the former will be headed home, while the latter will be returned, to work their magic yet some more. Just how incompetent and moronic does Barney Frank have to get, before the people in his district have had enough? Even were you to turn a blind eye to his personal life, doesn't the meltdown of Fannie and Freddie, to the tune of trillions of dollars, constitute reason enough to vote to bring him home?
