We can't afford John McCain. Listen to this. Say your making $50,000 ok. So normally you're taxed on $50,000. Not anymore with McCain as President. If the cost of your Health- Plan through your employer is $10,000 then the cost of the Health plan is added to your wages and now your taxed on $60,000 although you've only earned $50,000. It doesn't stop there.

John McQuitter can sell 12 of his 13 houses and kiss my "Maverick" ass.

How are we to pay for the rest of the health-care policy for a family, it will cost more than $5000.

Typical rethug solution to a big problem.
Throw a band-aid at you when you have a sword stuck in your back-then overcharge you for the band-aid.
Six weeks later-you'll get a bill from them for "Help with a Medical Emergency"-for 10 grand or some such.

Consumer Reports did a study on both Obama and McCain's plan and stated that most people would be better off under McCain's plan. I'm not an Obama supporter but I was truly surprised by this. With the amount of money Obama was throwing at it I thought that the average person would be better off with Obama's.

stir,

full of shit, and the fact that in 2006, 50% made 31 thousand and most healthcare is well above 10,000 a year would kill the entire middle income sector.

What is humorous about this to is if you pay 20% of the total it is not removed from you income.

Just read the article. It surprised me too. It's Consumer Reports for christ sake! It's not like it's a right wing publication.

McCains plan doesn't address the problem. He is just proposing a different way to tax income. That won't help with the majority of folks who lack decent health care.
