I think every high school student should be required to know the definition of the words: fascist, communist, Nazi, and socialist in order to graduate. It annoys me to no end when people use these words incorrectly in order to make a point.

I spoke with an old fella years ago who lived near a watershed project dam. I was changing a tire and he came out to see if I needed help. Impressed by his kind offer I gave him a beer, which he gladly took while he set himself under a shade tree. He then regaled me with interesting tales of local knowledge including that " the commanist stole half my farm." Ended up it was Corps of Enginners who built the dam.
