AIPAC are a very large part of it.

They bribe US pols with hundreds of thousands of dollars every year in campaign funds in order to keep the billions of US Tax dollars flowing toward Israel and then a pittance of that coin ends up trickling back into the US political cycle the next year.

It'a a vicious cycle indeed and both sides of the aisle are played.

Unconditional support of Israel is a hindrance to the peace process in the ME and has been fer well on thirty years now.

Spud supports Israel's right to exist and defend themselves from Islamisist aggressors but not this perpetual occupation and apartheid like mentality vis a vis Palestine.

The real answer is because jews own all the banks in the world as well as the communication outlets and all the investment houses.

They are just paying the rent on their apartment (which is Israel) in the middle east. Chump change really compared to what else they extract from the US economy. Plus Israel, as a soveriegn country can do things that america cannot.

The whole religion thing is just to keep the american taxpayers scared because if we don't support them, the muslims will build a evil temple on top of jesus's sacred corpse.
