I've had my car broken into numerous times, in various cities. In every instance, the police always took the report over the phone and never actually came out.

I was under the impression that this was pretty normal SOP. I also thought that police were required to document all reported crimes to the FBI.

We've got better things to do.
That's why we're suspending our activities.
