This year we have seen failures on Wall Street, failure of the press to be un-biased, and I think we will see the end of the New Democratic Party. IF Obama is elected, he should do nothing of the sort. The kid violated privacy laws - the fact that Palin used her personal email address for government business is irrelevant to that fact. The ends do not justify the means.

Of course, Obama voted for the FISA bill, so god knows if he actually does believe in personal privacy.

Throw the book at him if he did it.

The use of private email in the course of conducting business is not a violation under Alaskan statute, but failure to ensure the retrievability and wholeness of those emails is.
