Wrong guy. Another frame-up.

BillO's site was cracked too.

Obama's fault.

This is a Future Democratic leader who will be caught and humiliated in some mentally-impaired bungle of a compromising relationship with some democratic "WeirdHo" groupie and their Love Child.

Smooth move, Ex-Lax. This will play nicely into the persecution complex of the Republicans about Sarah Palin. It also helps them evade scrutiny for how Palin was using a private email account to escape Alaska's open government laws.

You mean she didn't create the controversy and delete her own emails? Surprise, surprise. And she is accused of not staying home to raise her kids? Looks like Kernell's Father of the Year award just went out the window. Thanks Dems!

You mean she didn't create the controversy and delete her own emails?

----

No, Rove had a Republican woman steal Kernell's sperm, get pregnant, give birth to a son, give him back to David Kernell but secretly brainwash the son into doing Rove's will, then have the son hack Palin's email.

Wait...that's too nice for Rove.

He had David Kernell's wife killed and then replaced with a Republican clone who brainwashed the son into doing Rove's will which was to hack Palin's email.

At least, that's what I read on www.rense.com so it must be true because there is no proof otherwise.

Great detective work Pirate.

Wow! This is interesting! Republicans have discovered the existance of the concept of "privacy" until now a foreign concept to them.

It would be nice if politicians were as concerned about our privacy as they are about their own.

Hey Sarah if you are not doing anything wrong, what are you worried about! LOL!

I'm sure Redneckville will be along any moment to clarify this. I imagine he's in a closed door meeting with Buffalo_Bob and AmericanUnity to cook up a good explanation.

The plot also highlights Bush's hypocritical stance on cloning. He opposes it in public but uses for his secret dirty work.

I am not surprised? Since 2000, 2004 Democrats have been filled with so much vitriol the MO has been to destroy anyone that gets in their way. We have seen lies, twisted half-truths and faked information all in the name of the party (not that the repubs haven't done the same just not with the same viciousness).

The Democrats claim to be the party of compassion, the party of empathy, the party of the working class and at one time you were. You have now become the party of hatred, anger and lies one sees it throughout this blog. Though you try (and many will after this post) to say "not I, the Republicans are the bad guys." But your actions speak volumes about what the Democratic Party has become. This year we have seen failures on Wall Street, failure of the press to be un-biased, and I think we will see the end of the New Democratic Party. If you (we, because I'm registered a Dem and so is my wife) don't change the childish attempts to destroy all who disagree with us and dump the far left (i.e., Move on, ACORN, NOW and others) we will cease to be a party.

And the greatest condemnation the left can come up with is that he may have helped the republicans, not that he broke the law or invaded someone's privacy. Typical.

Excellent point. This story was out last week, but the MSM hasn't really touched it.

no kidding?!?

wisgod - the maelstrom media wouldn't dare touch it - they know what side their bread's buttered on.

"Obama's fault.

Nah, it's obviously Clinton's fault.

Bullshit. I read a fairly lengthy story about it in my "left-wing" newspaper today.

You righties and your indignation and paranoia about the media just make me laugh.

The guy's just a egotistical hacker who happens to be the son of a state legislator. Sure, he probably thought he could mess with the opposition, but this is small potatoes. Prosecute him, do whatever is necessary, no one really cares.

Of course it was a Democrat's kid. The only thing Rtard kids know how to use their computer for is looking at gay porn.

And the greatest condemnation the left can come up with is that he may have helped the republicans, not that he broke the law or invaded someone's privacy.

The first thing I said about the email hack was that it was inappropriate and a criminal act.

But what Palin did to dodge accountability with that email account is a much greater offense, since she's a public official.

Obama should pardon this kid when he's elected. He really didn't do anything wrong -- it's like Robin Hood. Palin is dirty and has something to hide; otherwise, she wouldn't be so concerned about the emails. Where there is smoke, there is fire. We already knew that she's a moron who merely echoes the lines that have been spoon-fed to her by the GOP establishment. What we don't know is the extent to which she's corrupt. Perhaps now we'll finally get some answers.

IF Obama is elected, he should do nothing of the sort. The kid violated privacy laws - the fact that Palin used her personal email address for government business is irrelevant to that fact. The ends do not justify the means.

Of course, Obama voted for the FISA bill, so god knows if he actually does believe in personal privacy.

Throw the book at him if he did it.

Throw the book at her if she has attempted to conravene the law by using inappropriate email servers to prevent propper records to be kept.

KnowsTooMuch -
I hope you're not serious.
I'm a Dem and an Obama supporter and I don't in any way excuse what this kid did.

Well thats great he will make some black man a young bitch in prison and that will not affect Obama since he is not African American but 6.25% African Negro and 43.75% Arab and the other 50% Caucasian. Blacks in America are too damn dumb to figure that out.

That Democrat college kid is about to be someone's prison beotch. Hope his dad gives him soap-on-a-rope. Squeeeellll like piggie.

Moose lips sink ships.

"A federal grand jury in Chattanooga, Tenn., reportedly adjourned today without delivering an indictment in the hacking of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's personal e-mail account.

The grand jury heard testimony this morning from three friends of University of Tennessee student David Kernell, according to the Chattanooga Times-Free Press, but ended its session around noon without returning an indictment."

Now when does caribou barbie testify in troopergate?

"But what Palin did to dodge accountability with that email account is a much greater offense, since she's a public official."

rcade:

It's no use throwing facts at Republicans. All they do is counter with some offense committed on the Dem side; their logic seems to be: "Well, since yer guy's not a thousand percent clean, that means that anything we do is okay."

I believe it's called the Limbaugh Defense.

This kid did Palin the biggest favor ever. The emails are now compromised evidence. The use of private email in the course of conducting business is not a violation under Alaskan statute, but failure to ensure the retrievability and wholeness of those emails is. (Links posted ad nauseum here by others in the past couple of weeks).

This idiot kid just bought her a complete "bye" on any chance of prosecution. Nice. He must be learning good from his Democrat pappy on how to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Nappy-since he's not being charged, ya think maybe Palin released them herself for the same reason?

Nappy-since he's not being charged, ya think maybe Palin released them herself for the same reason?

Shouldn't that be "hasn't" been charged?

Could be, North. The best defense, as the saying goes. For someone who is portrayed as a stupid hockey mom, she sure seems to be befuddling the best and the brightest. Or, maybe, how hard can that be? It's like watching "Home Alone". She keeps swinging that paint can into the Dems' forehead.

And they only have only 42 days to figure out the formula... don't touch that doorknob!

So govt folks can't have a private family email account?

And what were the emails that this idiot saw?

Someone posted his alleged findings and he found nothing--he was greatly disappointed BTW.

Family photos and hellos to the kids are hardly fodder for the MSM or troopergate folly either.

But this guy needs to go to jail--yes--jail.

Um, indictment? Or do you approve of jailing people without due process? Oh, of course, you're a Republican.

But this guy needs to go to jail--yes--jail.

Seems the grand jury disagrees. And as the old Texas fart who shot those burglar in the back points out, grand juries are never wrong.

""It's like watching "Home Alone". She keeps swinging that paint can into the Dems' forehead.""

Nappy - FF for the great visual at 4:13pm.

""It's like watching "Home Alone".

which is where she and Mcsame will be in November. Buh bye barbie....

LOL. You really expect people to get all up in arms about some dipshit kid hacking an email account? What kind of hysterical moron are you?

Oh wait....
