If not you showed your true ignorance.......most of earths conditions or periods of warmth and cold are believed by most scientist to have a cyclical basis. Man-made global warming just means we have affected the clock, and conditions for those periods( in this case a speeding up of atmospheric/oceanic). Unfortunately instead of studying, and learning and growing from exposures like this most people dismiss as gobbledy-gook since they don't understand it, or since it is WAY outside of the realm of what their religion tells them has occured.

Not as impressive as the geologic formations they've found, but here in Chicago; not too long ago, a construction crew was abating a block of radioactive Thorium, not too far from where I work.

The crew was digging up very old bottles and dishes, it was like a 19th century archeology site.

They laid all the stuff they found on a board and a couple of saw horses, it was cool to walk by and see all the old stuff that had been buried for decades.
