Speaking at an event organised by the German Marshall Fund in Washington, Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice acknowledged that Georgia had fired the first shots in the breakaway region of South Ossetia.

How dare that black bitch subvert the rational thoughts of our foreign policy expert and next VP Sarah 'spunky' Palin.
~The righteous born again right

Did she say, "today, we are all Russians"?

Bout fucking time beotch!!!

Me thinks the College professor is finally hitting back and probably been talking a lot to Powell of late.

But...but...but....I thought Palin could SEE Russia from her front porch! How come she missed that?

legacy, Legacy what will the History think of this useless BITCH, it may be a little late for honesty from this group!!!

"Pledging help to rebuild Georgia, Ms Rice said the US and Europe would not let Russia benefit from aggression."

Here we go again. Who gives her the authority to make pledges like this? Fuck Georgia. We have enough on our plate now with two wars and a hurricane devastated U.S. In January she'll be history.

Something must be up when the administration tells the truth.....I wonder what their plan is for doing this.......

Of course they did. They were told that NATO would come to their rescue...and they didn't, so they got their asses kicked.

That's what you get for trusting the US government for anything other than them declaring war on you.

Kinda reminds me of Afghanistan policy when Bin Laden was our friend... or after Desert Storm when Bushhole 1 encouraged insurrection but failed to back Iraqis up...

Quick, someone, call Palin and McCrash and tell them!

Too bad we can't get the same honesty on the joke bailout that's attempting to stick it to the taxpayer...

"That's what you get for trusting the US government for anything other than them declaring war on you."

I'm not saying we don't fuck over people who help us. But c'mon. They sent 2,000 soldiers to Iraq. And they think we "owe" them WWIII for that. That isn't "trust", that is insanity.

They thought they were owed based on they were going to be admitted to NATO, not because they sent 2k troops to Iraq. That's why everyone was so confused when Georgia was whining "Why won't NATO help us?" Georgia's military was a joke. I don't believe for a minute that Georgia thought they were going to stand up to Russia without getting someone coming to their rescue before it got completely out of hand. If anyone knew what the Russian military was capable of, its Georgia. It clearly looked like a quid pro quo of "stand up and show you're ready to play with the big boys, and we'll get you into NATO".

Don't forget, we were training their troops a week before the invasion, and still had a presence of a couple hundred soldiers when the invasion began.

There is precedent for this. The Kurdish uprising pre-Gulf War I comes to mind.

Why isn't Ron Paul running for President? Oh yeah. Moronic Republicans didn't support him. Why?

At least I can say that I voted for him.

What???? Condi is saying the opposite of what Sarah! said?

Palin said in her interview with Gibson that "Russia attacked South Ossetia unprovoked" so how could it be Georgia who started the war with Russia"? Condi Rice is correct of course.

Palin doesn't have a clue as to what's going on.
When I knew by just watching tv, being on the internet, and reading articles within only days after the conflict started it was as plain as the nose on your face that Georgia had attacked first, so then why doesn't Palin know this???

Her lack of knowledge and parroting whatever she is "told" to say is a serious matter. This woman could easily be the next President if McCain, with age and health going against him, were elected. She can, and will, get us into more wars. Who the hell does she think she is when she answered Gibson's question "Are you ready to be VP" with an adamant "YES!" when she doesn't even have basic knowledge of current foreign events? We've had one arrogant and ignorant leader in the WH these last 8 years leading us into a world wide mess and seemingly eternal war. Do we really need another one? Can we as a country really afford to have another one?

Hm, not according to the info in this article:

www.michaeltotten.com

explains a good deal as to what went down and how.

"Asiatic Mongolian genes to the genes of the Jewish people. "

Religions now have identifiable genes?!? Who knew?

" Good post, spider... "

Thanks!

Probably could be a good article to pin to this site, but it's old and probably posted whilst I wasn't looking.

lol...just like gays?:>)

Where do you get this stuff, Bani? Does it come through the aluminum foil hat you wear to avoid having your thoughts intercepted by the Martians? Or do you pick it up in your fillings?

Good link Bani...

I second that. Nice job Bani. You see...you learn something new everyday on Drudge. Are you paying attention FWTHOM?

"They thought they were owed based on they were going to be admitted to NATO, not because they sent 2k troops to Iraq."

They aren't in NATO. And if they do think that we "owe" them WWIII because they were supposed to join NATO, that is even more insanse than thinking we "owe" them because of the troops they sent to Iraq.

But...but...but....I thought Palin could SEE Russia from her front porch! How come she missed that?

Good old Joe can't see anything from where his head is.

They aren't in NATO.

I know they aren't...why were they begging NATO to help?

Way to go, Chrissie! Now how do we get your message to the great unwashed? herm

"I know they aren't...why were they begging NATO to help?"

Apparently, they are crazy and they think NATO wants to fight WWIII over Georgia.
