I used to live in Virginia and the state is a big KKK haven. Every hick you meet when you get more than 10 miles from a major city is a shit-eating redneck. No wonder the GOP feels so much at home there.

No worries about independent thought in that state!!

Five years ago I would have agreed, (in the central/south part of the commonwealth) but sentiments have changed considerably in the past two years ---- thanks in part to Bush. Many, and I mean many hard core Conservatives (i.e. Real ones) are beginning to reject whats coming out of the mouths of the Farwells and the Hanititties and are eager to see some heads roll.
They are none to happy that the Reagan moniker was attached to Bush at every opportunity by these cretins (hannittite, Dobson, Robertson and the Farwells) and many are extremely pissed off! So pissed off that electing the Black Sherriff Bart seems a good way to stick it to these assholes that they now feel have been stringing them along (as made evident by wingding cult leader Limbaugh being recently booted from our wingding 24/7 hate radio station).

He was my senator. The guy is as stupid as a box of rocks

BTW, it was a combination of Allen doing and saying idiotic things and shrub trashing the constitution that finally forced me out of the Republican party.
