"Will the neocons who tutored George W. Bush in the ideology he pursued to the ruin of his presidency do the same for Sarah Palin? Should they succeed, they will destroy her. [Neoncons] are moving even now to capture this princess of the right and hope of the party. [On] Tuesday, Palin was behind closed doors with Joe Lieberman and officials of the Israeli lobby AIPAC."

If you had any doubt McCain is another Neocon, along with his best buddy Joe Lieberman who cares more for Israel than he does for the U.S., then just read this article by Buchanan. We again will be in war after war all for Israel should McCain be elected as we continue doing the bidding of AIPAC.

How much more of our boys' blood has to spill on Middle Eastern sand to fight every perceived foe of Israel. Who runs our country anyway -- the people of America or AIPAC and the government of Israel? Apparently it's the Neocons in our own government and in the government of Isreal who give the marching orders for when to go to war.

The Neocons love Sarah! and the Israeli flag she keeps in her Governor's office. Sarah! will do just as AIPAC and the Neocons demand she do.

Want endless war? Vote for McCain and his band of Neocons.

It's a new brain washing technique. No torture, no pain, just massage your ego and link ambition to their agenda and apparently they have found another tool like Bush who is easily molded into the neocon they want.
Real conservatives might like the original Sarah Palin but the person she will soon be is just Bush with lipstick.

Best quote from the article...

"Yet, on Tuesday, Palin was behind closed doors with Joe Lieberman and officials of the Israeli lobby AIPAC. There, according to The Washington Post, Palin took and passed her oral exams."

Wonder what kind of oral exams she took.

What timing. I just was walking by the tv and CNN was on and they had Sarah! talking about how "a nuclear Iran cannot be tolerated...." Yep, the Neocons have their girl, alright. The U.S. will be dragged into another war for Israel. War for the Neocons and a chance to get the Rapture and Armageddon into gear for the Evangelical wacko from Wassila, Alaska. Each one's agenda helps the other. God help us all.

Israel knows the U.S. is so stupid that all they have to do is threaten Iran and we will go into a nuclear war. AIPAC has all our politicians by the short hairs. How come no one questions why?

I have nothing against the Israeli people but their government sucks. All the people in that part of the world are warlike and have been fighting for centuries. Israel is trying to drag our country into their fight with the Arabs and Muslims. Israel has been putting a stick in Iran's eye for a couple years now goading us into nuking Iran for them. Maybe if it were Israeli boys who were going to do all the bleeding and dying instead of American kids than Israel wouldn't be so hot to trot when it comes to going to war.

"Also on Palin's plane was Steve Biegun, formerly of Bush's National Security Council, and Scheunemann's choice to tutor her. Of Biegun, Steven Clemens of the New American Foundation says, "He will turn her into an advocate of Cheneyism and Cheney's view of national security issues."

During her interview with Gibson, Palin often took a neocon line. Three times she said that, should Israel decide to attack Iran, the United States should not "second guess" Israel's decision or interfere.

This contradicts U.S. policy. Adm. Michael Mullen, chairman of the joint chiefs, has warned Israel not to attack Iran, as the United States does not want a "third front." And the Pentagon is withholding crucial weapons the Israelis want and need to carry out any such attack."

Now Palin will fit in quite nicely.

Finally, a Palin story that is actually newsworthy. I'm not going to miss the redneck son-in-law-to-be and the tanning bed stories.

She's bad news. It's too bad. I think she had potential. Apparently there is no room in the upper echelon of the Republican party who disagrees with the neocon agenda.

Apparently there is no room in the upper echelon of the Republican party [for anyone] who disagrees with the neocon agenda.

This "News" is three days old. To the poster, please try to be current with events. Nobody cares what you've read a few days earlier in the WSJ, NYT or WP.

Whatever these 'neo-cons' are doing, KEEP IT UP!

It's working.....for Obama.

Take up your complaint with management. Rcade promoted in to the front page.

It's still newsworthy.

Martinx-
re: This "News" is three days old. To the poster, please try to be current with events.

I believe "current events" includes the previous 72 hours. Damn, what am I saying, I wrote that seconds ago...

The Tom Bradley Factor..... the first Black Mayor of Los Angeles...

When he ran for Governor, his polls were ahead of his opponent. On the day of reckoning, many Whites reneged and Bradley lost by a significant margin. Here in dominantly dem and liberal Caifornia.

Will this happen to Obama? The knowledgeable in Obama's camp may have a gnawing feeling about this. But after having come this far in racial relations, if at all, the Bradley Factor may be small in urban areas. In rural areas, one cannot be so sure.

In the battleground States, rural voters may play a significant role.

Being a neocon should be considered a badge of honor.

In Bizarro world.

FWTHOM-
re: Being a neocon should be considered a badge of honor.

Do you have any arguable reasons for that opinion?

I'd like to hear them.

I wonder why he thinks that? Is it possible the man cannot see, hear, read or assimilate information in any way? very strange.

Buchanan: Neocons Sink Hooks into Palin

The truth sinks hooks into Palin and McCain

Goblin-
That's why I asked him. Do you think he will reply with an actual answer?

Takeit EZ-
Your argument is that Obama won't be elected due to racism. You do understand that is your point?

I don't know how your figure this news is three days old when this Buchanan
article is dated yesterday. duh.

Betelg, I just offered an example which may or may not apply in Obama's case. My hunch is that in rural areas, some people may like Obama but not enough to vote for him --- yes racial feelings may hold them back. JUST A SPECULATION.

TakeitEZ-
It's a fine speculation, EZ. You are arguing that Obama will do worse in the election due to racism.

Betelg, I'm not arguing that this will be the case. I'm just sharing an observation.

(Over 90 % Blacks are voting for Obama; and we should not chastise the Whites if some of them are not enthusiastic for Obama because of the same reason in reverse). THIS IS REALITY IN AMERICA!

Points well taken. Somehow, methinks Palin has been in bed with the neocons for a long time.

TakeitEZ-
I congratulate you on your recognition that many whites will simply refuse to vote for a black candidate, purely for the reason that they are racists at heart.
I do notice that you have finally understood your own point, and so have now begun to speak of how blacks will, uncharacteristically, vote for the Democrat.(As if it were to temper your glee that Obama will be at a disadvantage due to his race.)

Town-
I doubt Palin could define "neocon".

"In what respect, Charlie!?!?"

There is only one possible way for Obama to lose:

AFROPHOBISM

Be Well.

Betelg,

No 'glee' at all. In fact, I feel that Obama should not have to apologize for his race, and he didn't. I do like Obama as a person, only I am ideologically 'very' uncomfortable with the liberal crowd that is behind him. I am in the Independent camp, but I do lean toward conservative values.

Obama or no Obama, this country will have a Black President one day. And a female President. Which will come first I don't know. I am open to both.

TakeitEZ-
Sure. When you, like many others, take your "conservative values" into the voting booth, there's no way you're voting for a black candidate. Thanks for stating that clearly so it is out in the open.

" I feel that Obama should not have to apologize for his race"...

That's very white of you.

TakeitEZ-
re:" I feel that Obama should not have to apologize for his race..."

That's mighty, um, generous of you.

Dang it, Null, now be polite and don't point out the obvious.

(Null- Did you hear that Obama 'played the race card'???)

"Null- Did you hear that Obama 'played the race card'???)"

Yeah. Did you hear McCain threw his female economic adviser, Fiorina, under the bus? Sexist pig.

betelg, please don't put words in my mouth. i said i am open to a black president --- but not one with heavy liberal baggage.

[sorry am reclining and too lazy to get up to hit 'shift' for uppercase letters]

" i said i am open to a black president -"

Might white of you.

if obama were conservative and sarah were liberal, i'd be rooting for obama big time.

TakeitEZ-
What do you call taxing oil companies at an elevated rate to send checks to every man, woman and child in Alaska, above the checks they already get?

Bill Kristol predicted McCain would pick Palin for VP and presto!
Palin is McCain's VP pick.

How can that be?
Coincidence?
Do you REALLY believe that to be true?

Everyone on here is acting like Neocon-ism is a Republican thing.
WRONG!

Biden is a staunch zionist. Don't believe it? Watch this:
www.youtube.com

Think Obama is any different?

FWTHOM- It's been 2 hours since your neocon-loving comments. Some on the board are waiting for your reasons on why you defend these treasonous, anti-american warmongers and interlopers. As Ted Knight said in Caddyshack, "Well, we're waiting"? It's stories like this where we need to step forward and put an end to this Pro-israel group called the Neocons. Might as well call them Bolsheviks. People must inform the uninformed about this dangersous group including AIPAC. It's now or never people. It's not about us, but our progeny, and their progeny, etc, etc. Call me crazy, but enough is enough. Talk to your congressman and congresswomen if they support AIPAC. I for one have already found out that my constituents are knee-deep in AIPAC and pro-israel stances at the expense of american blood. Schumer, Lowey, Weiner. Im not surprised.

Bobotto- Have you ever heard of lip service to appease??? How come the neocons aren't courting the Dems since the Dems have a very strong shot to win in November??? Gives us some substance, not something on Shalom TV??!!

Betelg, for your information, Obama is using 'racial bait' in his ads in Florida --- trying to win the Hispanic votes.

No one can claim the moral high ground in this election when it comes to race.

You see the problem now, if you lean conservative or independent, you're racist!

There is only so much Bull-shit in this world, for that steamy pile to be dumped here, is both repugnant and asinine, all at the same moment!

Say and think what you will, they should be able to stand, or fall, on their talent or lack thereof, nothing more!

If you chose to add anything more, it is on you alone, and is why we, as a country will NEVER quite be able to come together! Far to much animosity! That goes for both candidates, also!

We've got a lot to learn and have misplaced the ability!

In case nobody has noticed, our country is being torn apart by the neocons.

Coincidence? I think not.

They're no doubt of the opinion that they have to destroy it first ~ in order to rebuild it in their own image.

I've preached for years that there's another kind of war going on right here within our own borders.

I still think I'm right.

And they'll succeed, too, unless we put the stoppers on this succession of puppet presidents who serve nobody but the people who are pulling their strings.

Vote them out while you still have the option.

Otherwise, in a very few years, you may find yourselves too afraid not to. Just like any other country caught in the vice of a dictator and his single party rule.

Never, never, never allow yourselves to be Rove'd into voting for your own self-destruction.

Hispanics are a race?

For a committed social conservative like Pat B, his writings have been surprisingly strongly opposed to the Bush Cheney team. One has to think that other social conservatives like Reagan and Goldwater would have been appalled by the neocon clowns too.

Otherwise, in a very few years, you may find yourselves too afraid not to.

LOL... in a very few years.

You mean a video of Joe Biden's EXACT words?
Yeh, no subtstance there huh?
Words straight from his mouth.

That's enough.

Last week Buchanan was embracing Palin as "one of us" and said she had supported him in his Prez run.

Pat must be desperate for media coverage

Mr. Buchanan sees more than one move ahead. He has spoken out agsint the Iraq War and the Neocons from day one. He thinks clearly on every issue, except his Catholic Faith.

Guess Thom can't make his argument... still waiting.

Pat seems to be a republican. I always thought he was a bigoted libertarian.

Thommy seems to have run out of steam. Out of gas? I cannot understand why Thommy is so anxious to buy McSame-Palin when he bought the neo-cons' Bush-Cheney, and the result pushed the nation so deeply into the crapper than four years of Obama are unlikely to get it out. herm

Bobotto- Oh, then the fact that Biden said this on an Israeli or American Jewish community tv station and Not a major US network only proves that there might a bi-partisan conspiracy in cohoots with the Neocons to support the state of israel at the expense of American blood? And as a side note a major Jewish-american group called the National Coalition to Stop Iran is protesting in NY today with guess who....Sarah Palin as a lead speaker to support an offense against Iran. How bout them apples? Who's side are you on?

Still waiting FWTHOM. Too busy in Cleveland today?

Thommy seems to have run out of steam. Out of gas?

I think I saw him heading out to the MENSA meeting. You know, when you have an IQ of 158 you need to associate with people who are like you.
