There is only one toolbar out there worth a damn that I've ever come across... its the Freecorder. Summed up it records what you're playing in Internet Explorer through your soundcard as an MP3 player...

Its slow but its a great way to get your free MP3s and there is nothing the RIAA can do about it or even know you're doing it.
