As Barack Obama has increased his support among Hillary Clinton voters from 63% to 74% since the Democratic convention, Clinton campaigned for him in Tampa, Florida. "Anybody who believes that the Republicans ... can fix the mess they created probably believes that the iceberg could have saved the Titanic," Clinton said.

"Anybody who believes that the Republicans, whoever they are, can fix the mess they created probably believes that the iceberg could have saved the Titanic."

Nice line, something that should be obvious to anyone with even half a brain. Which describes most "Undecideds" and almost all Republicans at this point.

"Tell us about Palin," Mrs. Clinton replied: "I don't think that's what this election is about.

The rest of the camp should follow her lead. Making Palin the issue is a loser for the Dems.

Yep. Never feed the pigs, er, trolls.

Oh, wait! I didn't mean that!

The pants-pissing did come fast and furious, didn't it? Tony Roma got so excited, he banished himself from the site. Which is silly, he should at least come back and take some grief for his premature ejacu...., er, evaluation.

Making Palin the issue is a loser for the Dems.

sssshhhhhhh.... don't give the answers to the test away.

Specifically, Obama should stfu about Palin and go after McBush and the GOPiggies.

He got to be the "inevitable" candidate recently, and now Palin has done to him what he did to Hillary, come out of nowhere to grab the public's attention.

That attention can be fickle, though, and he has plenty of time to point out the utterly unbelievable and cognitively disassociated concept that the iceberg could indeed do anything other than sink the country.

Mixed metaphors, and all.

Headline gave me visions of Hil in a flack jacket doing a serpentine maneuver thru an Afghan airport.

I was for hil in a flack jacket before I was against.

oops, that was when the democrat primary was in full swing.

Obama needs to start ridiculing McCain's pretense that he isn't a "Republican" or that his administration won't be like previous "Republican" administrations.
Hell his campaign is being run by Washington lobbyists...it should be easy to make the McCain bull shit look foolish.
Instead of getting angry Obama needs to make some very funny ads with John McBush the butt of the joke.

Gotta give Hilary credit, best line by a Democrat I've heard.

Instead of getting angry Obama needs to make some very funny ads............

WOW I knew it wouldn't be long before the huge DEM MELTDOWN would manifest itself in the libs calling Obammy an "angry black man"

But I ain't surprised which poster broke down first!

This has to be killing her inside...

"the 18 million cracks"

WTF are you raving about, anyway?

obama better win he's already promised me about 5,000 dollars in goverment goodies.

The dems and libs are getting desperate. First there was this descend of Palin from heaven with a vacuum of information about her. Then whatever they can conceive or twist about Palin, or any little straw they can grab, everything including mud and bile and saliva was thrown at her. But the polls keep shifting McCain's way, who is smiling more than Obama and Biden combined in these few days.

Now they are wishing ABC's Gibson will become the dragon with camouflaged lipstick and swallow McCain's pitbull. But he does not want a career suicide, or a demotion like Chris Matthews and Chris Olbermann. He will be pointed, persistent, and respectful. He will allow the rimless-glasses ambassador to speak in full sentences in her own defence and promotion --- and clarification (as many halftruths are flooding the atmosphere).

Be fair. That's all fairminded Americans are asking for.

ooops, Keith Olbermann.... freudian slip like Obama's 'my Muslim faith'...

Not Chris Olbermann.

This is clearly going to allianate further the independent women. People are tired of the Clintons and their tactics..when is Barack going to learn this...people want fresh faces not the Clintons....OMG.

But at the same time we have Biden who just said that Hillary would have made a better VP..Rush, Shawn and Levin are going to have the most beautiful present for the last 55 days left..

They are playing this clips like crazy...

Ok...my dear dems next time..this is not looking good. Barack is shoting himself every single day..

"OMG" whiches clipses are 'Shawn' and others playing?

Corky, that was clear and concise and accurate. who typed it?

If Biden gets some illness that causes him to drop out of the race in October..well you know.. Hillary could in essence step right in..

uh, the "butt" of the joke is O himself. look at him. butt ugly and going down like the titanic. he's bobbin though, he blew (pun intended) the ol bill to come out and sell him to the public. hillary was once invincible, remember dems? oh yeah, that was more than 8 seconds ago.
watching it all slip away for the dems, priceless!

Wait, wait, wait..... the hollywood stars are coming out to rescue the rock star....

Matt Damon, Jamie Lee curtis, Whoopi....... Joy Behar of 'The View' is getting very shrill and agitated.... Oprah crying her ... off in secret this time..... and they can do nothing about the rock sinking in the water.

Too late. Folks like Palin and they may stay that way no matter what feminists throw at her, including Arianna Huffington. Who said Ann Coulter cannot smile once in a while?

I gained more respect for Hillary as the primary moved along. She sounded less scripted and more intelligent. Now the triangulation for 2012 election comes for her. Should she help Obama or just pretend to help him.

Kick ass Sarah ! McCain/Palin in 08

So . . . 26% of Hillary voters won't be voting for Obama, according to polls? And that's supposed to be GOOD news for Dems?

Clinton Vs Palin, 2012.

I'm sorry I voted for Barrack. I should have stuck with Hillary. She was tried and true, and tried to tell us that. Oh well there's always 2012!

McCain wins and in 2016 Palin will win. So it looks like 2024 before a Democrat has a chance.

*Vote Chelsea Clinton in 2024*

Who knows, it could be a Clinton/Clinton ticket. Bill will be long gone.

that's because she's about to step into biden's shoes!

Now that McCain has made his move (after being the underdog upto the DNC)....

Enters the game changer: Sarah Palin upsets the whole dynamics....

Obama regrets picking Biden. Biden understands. Is it too late to get Hillary for the Veep? Obama cornered!

Oh, McCain, you really pulled a Palin on libs and dems!

blogs.abcnews.com

Biden knows he was a bad pick..... I think the Clintons are taking Obama down....

Desperate Republicans are wrapping themselves in the flag, their kind of patriotism being the last refuge of cowards, while trying to pull a huge scam on undecided voters.

As usual, if it turns out that those voters somehow can be conned into believing that the Party which has caused us to sink the past 8 years is somehow going to bail us out with 90 percent of the same policies, then I guess we get what we deserve.

"the Party which has caused us to sink the past 8 years" and the party that has had control of congress for the past two years has done what?? NOTHING. The least productive 2 yrs of congress in our time. After all the big flap about the drilling legislation, Pelosi comes back and puts the naming of two bridges and federal buildings on agenda and not drilling. COWARDS. Why is this do nothing leadership AFRAID to allow a vote?

Remember the days when "everyone should have the ability to own a house" and "lending policies are discriminatory". This was promoted by the likes of Pat Leahy. This is what caused the lending crisis. Congress causes the problem and then points the finger elsewhere and then asks for more money to correct it. Somehow, they need to be held accountable.

The con job has been done by the dems and liberal media. What do you really know about Barrack Hussein Obama? He is hiding more than a Hollywood set.

S'wat happens when flies smoke dope.

The liberal media has been focused on Palin for the last month, trying to dig up any dirt on her that they can. If they had been doing that with Obama for the last year and a half, then the Dems would probably be in much better shape right about now. Instead, they allowed Obama, an inexperienced junior senator, to skate to the nomination. Now, it's coming back to haunt them.

Her heart just isn't in it. Hillary knows her chances are diminished if Obama wins, so I believe she is just going through the motions, making it look as though she is campaigning for Obama. In fact, I bet she is secretly working behind the scenes to destroy his chances.

Paranoia strikes deep...... as does wishful thinking.
