Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

We live in a dangerous world,-- Mr. Bush said. And we need a president who understands the lessons of Sept. 11, 2001: that to protect America, we must stay on the offense, stop attacks before they happen, and not wait to be hit again. The man we need is John McCain.--

I heard this dill-hole's speech. It left me with one thought, 'How do you know if you've stopped an attack?'

Maybe you just attacked them and they were planning no attack. Maybe you wanted to attack them anyway, say, i don't know, to get their oil. So all you have to do is say they were gonna attack.

And since you have the rednecks and racists whipped up into a state of manic paranoia, it is ok, because you are a patriot.

Was it just me, or did it look like Bush was kinda sweaty (a la Nixon) last night? Especially his upper lip.

"You need to have a war on soemthing or else nobody in Washington would get elected"

Having a fresh big set of hemorrhoids would be as welcome in todays political arena as the GOP ticket.

The one thing that the Demo's will still face is to come in the individual voting booth. That is the white voters that may not want any part of Mac and co but will not vote for a black man.

As I stated in several posts previously, there is a need for a much larger lead going in to defeat this fuzzy not acknowledged vote. Just how many voters will vote "Not black" is one big unknown. Just how big this block of voters is will be a major factor in the final election.

How prejudiced is the American public? We will see in November.
