Just a couple months ago Sara Palin made the comment she "didnt know what the VP did". Makes me seem as comfortable as after John McCain said he dint know much about the economey. Just before the pick every one was saying he needed to pick someone who could help with the economey.

She's being honest cause most Vice-Presidents pretty much only attend funerals and preside over the Senate when it feels occasionally like convening.

That is one very polite "You want me for VP? What are you going to do for my constituents?"

I would actually prefer a VP that worked for all 50 states. (DC, Peurto Rico and those other dangly bits can fend for themselves).
