Retardation at work here! Our military has been at the FOREFRONT of providing aid for every crisis in this world for, at least, the last thirty-five years! To pitch a gripe now is less than ingenious!

The initial support usually comes from our military, while the other agencies get up to speed, to assume the responsibility follow on! To complain at this time is ridiculous at best and headline grabbing at the worst, the aid is needed, get it to the people, however you can!

Does the person in charge of the complaining organization seek money for expansion of their activities? Are they providing 80% or more of the funding they are receiving, in relief materials? If not, WHY NOT? Is this opportunism or actual concern?

Remember, the Red Cross asked for aid during Katrina, and used it for other arenas! They got burned for that, be careful where the money is donated, and try checking it's use!
