Obama certainly is a loud proponent of tranferring other peoples' money to his black welfare constituents along the premises of black liberation theology, but he's too miserly to reach into his own pocket and spot his real bro a couple of thousand dollars, which would be a life transforming gift for his bro, who is living in abject poverty.
