Everything the U.S. government (and the state and local governments on the whole) gets involved in is fraught with inefficiency and waste on a large-scale under BOTH Republican and Democrat control. We need to keep the government out of healthcare for in to be cost-effective and efficient as evidenced by the continuing downward trend in quality healthcare and increasing cost of everything involved therein the more the government does get involved.

Also he opposes education vouchers which serves only to support an entrenched division of the government bureaucracy (the teachers) at the expense of the taxpaying parents with equals Big Brotherism in my book.
