".... should have been cremated at birth."

That may be a bit harsh. But, given the opportunity, I'm pretty sure Jeb "I Coulda Been a Contenda'" Bush, would torch him up today.

In the trailer, it looks like Wally Cleaver spent so much time hanging around Eddie Haskell that June had a fit of the vapors, the Beav dove for cover, and Ward had to ride to the rescue.

"W" The Movie Trailer

If I am not mistaken they are called trailers because they used to come at the end of movies, not at the beginning, prior to the movies like now. I think movie preview is more accurate. Now they force us to watch ever increasing movie previews and commercials of all kinds at the movies.

"Now they force us to watch ever increasing movie previews and commercials of all kinds at the movies."

They're just trying to maximize profits. That's capitalism. What's wrong with that?

Nothing wrong with that. There is also nothing wrong with waiting until the movie is out on DVD and you can avoid seeing all the crap you don't want to see.

Also, there would be nothing wrong with it if they started calling them "previews" and not "trailers".

If they want to maximize profit, don't be ashamed ot it, call movie previews what they are.

Well, Member, you should vote with your dollar and stop going to movies.

That is right Nullifidian.

I am surprised that Liberals don't want to regulate this. But I should not be surprised, after all, the only good rich people are Liberal actors, right? Why regulate one of their core constituencies.

Uh huh. You ever hear of this thing called a "strawman"?

"strawman"

It's your favorite word, obviously.

If the shoe fits...

If the shoe fits...

If he has a point, it doesn't.

I think that the liberals are missing out on a great deal of tax revenue by not forcing some type of regulation on movie trailers.

Just think of the millions of dollars the government could make before the movie companies find the loophole around the law.

It would be GREAT!

There are 2 movies called "W The Movie"!
Oliver Stone's is the 2nd one and apparently the first one has been in the works since 2005.
I found the trailer for the first on youtube while searching for info on Stone's.

The " Other W" movie is a lot different and seems very psychedelic and surreal. Most of the comments dub it a "Rocky Horror meets the White House" type of thing.

Whatever it is, it looks wacky, weird and cool.

Here is the link.
