If you don't want to sign up a pre-nup then you can just go with the defaul pre-nup, which is state law, whatever your state says, that's the default pre-nup. So if you don't like what your state law says regarding divorces, get a pre-nup, especially if you come into the marriage with many assets.

Sul...compared to the cadaver she married...she is young. Look at the wedding pics...she is not bad for an old broad.

Did he love her? We can only guess. But it certainly isn't out of the question. If you're old as dirt and look like the walking dead and all the sudden some hot looking twenty something seems attracted to you, its probably pretty easy to develop an affection for her.

As for the U-tube wacko - She talked about the old guy like he is a piece of crap and went on and on about the stupid apartment. She made it quite clear that she was exploiting him for his money. Since he kept his mouth shut, you have to at least give him the benefit of the doubt. I don't see why an old guy would marry a gold digger when all you have to do is take her shopping once in a while to keep her around. If you're exploiting someone for sex the last thing you do is get married.

Not at all. I just don't think having been attracted to a younger woman makes the guy a scumbag. Most, if not all, men are the same way and there's a biological reason for it.
