The first 15-minute episode of Joss Whedon's Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog went live yesterday, a free webcast TV series in which Neil Patrick Harris portrays a "low-rent supervillain" looking for love and world domination.

Who needs TV when I can watch you guys make asses out of yourselves and call each other queer. Then when the action heats up you shit in your hands and throw it on each other, like monkees in a cage.

Great stuff! Good lyrics. I'm glad they got Neil Patrick Harris for the part. He's perfect for it, and seeing him in that white lab coat takes me back...

I'm a fan of Whedon's TV shows, so I was looking forward to this. TV would be more interesting if shows could reach an audience without having to go through the networks and FCC.
