In 2004 when all these "free-speech zones" were all the rage I remember the LP presidential candidate saing that the entire country is a free speech zone. You can excercise your right to free speech anywhere.

I remember GOP Convention in NYC 06... the GOP is far better at curtailing free speech... holding protesters for days until the convention was over, planting cops in with the protesters to cause trouble, giving cops an excuse to bust some heads... infiltrating protest groups.

The Republican Convention will be free and open. All those who disagree with the platform of the Republican Party will be provided with an opportunity to confront the delegates. They will be allowed to actually enter the conventiion and converse with the delegates......
