Misleading headlines? The DR? Shocked. Shocked, I tell you.

When I firt saw the headline I immediately thought it was a Rob the A Hole's blog entry. Surprisingly it wasn't.

I thought Gimpster's headline was a decent paraphase of Clark's point, which was that his actions in war didn't qualify him to be president.

I reconsidered, though, and rewrote it myself to "Clark: McCain Never Led in Wartime."

Thanks, RCADE... this quote is in full spin-mode, and the DR should rise above the fray...

I mean, c'mon-- crashing a plane is not, in fact a qualification for president. Gen. Clark is right...

He's a disingenuous, flip-flopping rage-o-holic.

He's a power hungry fool.

He's a superannuated gold diggin' lothario.

He's a crap pilot and a collaborater with the enemy.

His Nam experience basically amounts to destroying abunch of jets, possibly starting a fire on the USS Forrestal, bombing civilians and then getting captured by the VietCong.

Where he subsequently pussied out and then lied about his "heroics" without any witnesses to prove or disprove his allegations.

If ya wanna hire a CiC who only knows how to lose then vote fer McAncient.

If you really want a hero ya gotta look somewhere else.
