This may be the dumbest idea floated by a pundit during this presidential election. Let's hold a debate about crafting an energy policy that dethrones Dubai as one of the richest places in the world, and do it in America at an alternative energy site for wind, solar or some other green technology.

Better to do it in beijing. Closer to the real bosses.
