It's a facade. Israel is always generating reasons to take over the fertile crescent and exterminate whom they deem as genetically inferior. The Lebanese invasions should make that remarkably clear enough. Remember, these are "a people" who claim to be "chosen by God", everyone else are goyem human failures. Poisoning, starving, shooting and imprisoning individual humans has been time consuming for them.
