How can any one think that they are gonna pout and not support Obama because they are too bruised by the pramary?
Thet is sooooo shortsighted.
We need to make sure it is Obama selecting the next Supreme Ct Justice.
If McCant is choosing, we may as well fold up tent and leave.

One thing is for certain, regardless of who is elected in November, that the SCOTUS will be as pro-corporate as it ever has been.

Not at all sure, Hag. An O'Bama court is unlikely to change the system - I mean REALLY change the system - but isolating the Fascist Four will at least introduce limits. Right now "swing vote" Kennedy really runs the country in 5-4 decisions, but a fifth Scalia/Roberts/Alito/Thomas and you could kiss the great 1776 experiment goodbye. herm
