USMC 32nd/22nd MAU. I was originally set to go to some fun and sun, LOL, in Spain and Portugal, but that all changed, which was to be expected, naturally. I will talk to you anytime about what went on in Lebanon while I was there in and around Beirut and Juniyah-- BTW, I was NOT member of the 24th-- so please don't assume I was in anyway directly impacted or was involved in the barracks bombing. I visited Italy and Morocco too, BTW. Since 1986 I have never once gone overseas. International travel sours after dealing mentally with such events.
Anyway, I will NOT talk to you about Grenada, however. That is and always will be a closed subject for me. Read the fucking history books.
Yes, I've always said I've associated with terrorists because I certainly met and had lengthy discussions with a few members of the PLO while in Lebanon, LOL! It was my job.
I am 47 years old and still have a fair bit of spit and vinegar in me, but the days of lusting after Communist or Muslim blood have come and gone. I only aim guns at my food now. Perhaps when you get to my advanced age you'll understand.
