Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton split the Oregon and Kentucky primaries Tuesday night, NBC News projected. Obama proclaimed that he had won "an absolute majority" of elected Democratic delegates and was "within reach" of the Democratic presidential nomination.

Exit polls, CBS, MSNBC unanimous: Kentucky hillbillies take Hillery. Obama gets the Big O.

Some meaningful analysis on the whole Obama/Clinton decision:
www.youtube.com

"Not so fast," warned a newly formed women's political organization that backs Clinton. "We want Hillary to stay in this race until every vote is cast, every vote is counted, and we know that our voices are heard," the WomenCount Political Action Committee said in its latest full-page newspaper advertisement, published in today's editions of the New York Times.

Anyone starting to realize WHY we have tried to keep women out of these races?

Yeah.........."Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah"

Sorry ladies, just reading the "Pudding Recipe".

Great link, Oorah.

The Dems have got the City of Portland to keep the methadone clinics open till the polls close. Looks like an Obama landslide there.

I love the Red State Update. Those guys are great - stupid, funny, and insightful all at the same time. And of course not as stupid as they appear...

By the way, I'm in Kentucky, and I cast my Obama vote today.

>i>Looks like an Obama landslide there. Posted by stinkfish

Yeah, Clinton's supporters will be too buzzed to vote.

Obama will win Oregon today, and Obama will win Oregon in November, along with the Presidency. ]

OK what the heck is gong on --

MSLSD shows that Hillary has 63-31 percentage--but no votes counted and the polls are still open for another 30 minutes??

Am I missing something?

It is a called the time zone. See eastern KY is in the eastern time zone. Western KY is in the central time zone.

Are you missing something? Sounds like basic 4th grade knowledge.

The People's Republic of Oregon is going for obama. Who would have thunk?

Weeelll--excccuuuuse me Leon!

Isn't that how they blew up the 2000 election in FL?

Why would they start reporting votes when the state is not done voting..??

Murphy

Looks like a big night for Obama.

He is going to cruise in a blue state (those he needs to win in November). Meanwhile, Hillary is going to win in bright red KY.

Why, Hillary's victory really doesn't count tonight does it Corky?

Oorah - thanks for the link, I clicked on a few others and found this gem.

Isn't Oregon that state where the college grads are too stupid to pump their own gass and have to let high school kids do it for them?

No.

LIT & JEFF-
I hadn't seen the Red State Update till this morning when a friend emailed the link to me (the one I'd posted). Looks like some funny bits. Who are those two? Radio? Some random comics?

Oohrah, I loved the "Obama is on the ratboat" very funny.

According to Politico he is holding her to a 55% 41% loss right now in Kentucky. (24% reporting)

Which is not the 30% blowout that everyone was expecting. Shall have to keep following the results.

"About one in five whites said race played a role in choosing a candidate Tuesday -- on par with results in several other Southern states. Nine in 10 of that group backed Clinton -- the highest proportion yet among the 28 states where that question has been asked in exit polls.

Only three in 10 whites who said race was a factor said they would vote for Obama should he oppose McCain in November. Nearly four in 10 said they would back McCain, while the rest said they wouldn't vote.

Among whites who said race was not a factor in picking a candidate Tuesday, half said they would support Obama over McCain."

news.yahoo.com

Someone, anyone, please, take the south...please...

Fucking Kentucky Crackers. -Rev. Wright

34% reporting and its 55% to 41%

40% reporting and it is still 56% to 40%, still just a 16% gap as opposed to the 30% everyone was predicting.

Will they PLEASE stop talking about an Obama/Clinton ticket, PLEASE for the love of god NO! There is no way in hell that he should pick her as his VP, it is the surest way to ensure a bullet to his head on inauguration day, the woman will stop at nothing to achieve the presidency!

I guess if you set your expectations low enough, you'll be ecstatic when they're exceeded. Politics of Change?

Sniper--part of the reason for the laws in OR to have someone pump your gas is jobs.

OR is beautiful--same with WA--lived in Seattle for 6 years. Loved it--but couldn't take the weather--had to leave and come back home to San Diego.

When your 2 1/2 year old daughter is in the her car seat and looks out the car window and says, "What's that in the sky?"

And it's the damn sun! It's time to leave!

Murphy

Looks like she has got him by 31% right now

I hear she beat him in Michigan too. It will be significant in her memoirs. Barrack will be the nominee and the president though.

Well Hillary is a Belle. And hasn't she won about eight States ? Does that make her like Eight Belles. - the filly who came in second at the big race in Kentucky. And then was euthanized.

"?Sniper--part of the reason for the laws in OR to have someone pump your gas is jobs."

Gee, that's a bad thing.
The idea that we might help a student complete college by providing a job so that he/she could compete in a world where his competition is provided a free education is unAmerican????
I am disgusted by the baby boomer generation.

Let's hope so. However, it looks like an uphill battle for Obama at this point. The states he won to give him the nomination are red states--states he won't carry in November.

Current polls show Obama losing in November, and Clinton winning in Novenmber.

www.electoral-vote.com

www.electoral-vote.com

86% reporting and he is holding her to 26%. I think the pundits said that anything under a 30% trouncing would be good. Having said that it is a trouncing nonetheless.

Just a couple of minutes before Clinton began speaking from Louisville, KY, the Obama campaign announced that it had raised $31.3 million in the month of April -- about $1 million a day. In addition, it raised about $600,000 in funds that can be used only for the general election. . . . .

Other numbers from the campaign: there were 200,000 new donors in April; 94% of the month's contributions were under $200; by the end of April, 1.475 million Americans have donated to the Obama campaign; and the campaign's total cash on hand is $37.3 million (plus an additional $9.2 million for the general).

By comparison, the AP is reporting that McCain raised $18 million in April and has nearly $22 million cash on hand.

The Clinton campaign has yet to release its April fundraising numbers.

firstread.msnbc.msn.com

who gives a rats ass what hillary clinton wins?

I just got in and I'm not going to read through this whole thread so...

Any news on the voting results so far in Oregon?

Everyone in Oregon votes by sending in write-in ballots.

Obama will be the nominee, there really isn't any question about that any more, the only question remaining is if the Clinton Democrats will support their party's nominee....

"Everyone in Oregon votes by sending in write-in ballots."

Diebold hasn't figured out how to fix that.
Every state should institute the same system.
Makes it easy to vote, eliminates the possiblity of computer hacking changing an election.
So....tell me Republicans....why would that be a bad idea????

With 91% reporting it looks like Clinton has crushed Obama 65% to 30% in Kentucky. Sitting here waiting for the Oregon results. Its going to be a long night.

I can't believe Hillary and her supporters are claiming victories in MI and FL and pushing to have those votes counted, as is:

Where we stand: Obama leads in pledged delegates per the NBC hard count (1,602 to 1,444), superdelegates (303.5 to 279.5), overall delegates (1905.5 to 1723.5), the popular vote (16,157,639 to 15,583,020), and the total number of contests won (31 to 17). Note: We're not including Texas in this contest count, given that Clinton won the primary but Obama won the caucus and netted the most total Texas delegates. A bit more on the popular vote... Without adding Florida and Michigan, as noted above, Obama leads by 574,619 votes. Adding Florida to the mix, he leads by 279,847 (16,733,853 to 16,454,006). And adding Michigan but not "uncommitted," Clinton leads by 48,462 (16,782,315 to 16,733,853). But do note that the "uncommitted" vote was 238,168.

firstread.msnbc.msn.com

I have lost all respect for her. First, she says MI wouldn't count, now she wants it to despite the fact that Obama's name was not on the ballot. She doesn't care that Obama didn't campaign in FL. Neither did she, but she had years of name recognition on her side. She doesn't care about the DNC rules, which she agreed to, now that it doesn't help her case. She doesn't care how she wins as long as she wins. Yeah, you are losing because of sexism, Hillary. Keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better. Some of us aren't fooled.

Obama takes another ass whipping in Kentucky. As predicted by me last week, drum, ass, beating.

Obama's chickens are coming home to roost!

SEE YOU IN DENVER!!!

Bee Swell

"With 91% reporting it looks like Clinton has crushed Obama 65% to 30% in Kentucky."

No doubt about it, Hillary Clinton has demonstrated that she can bring in the white racist vote.
Go Hillary.

Chris Matthews says that 20% of Dems in exit polls say race was the main factor in thier vote.
The question for the Democratic party....is America as racist as Kentucky and W. Virginia???
Personally, I think those states are an embarrassment to the nation. I'd be ashamed to be from either one.

"As predicted by me last week, drum, ass, beating."

Oh God!!! Any idiot could have predicted that you idiot, but then you aren't just any idiot so maybe it was a major accomplishment for you.
I hope he can tie his shoes.

A black man losing in kentucky?

You're a fucking psychic, crackerpiehonky.

Geez Danni--They are Democrats--!!

Funny how you want to call your own party racists!

Just because they didn't go for your guy--you call them racists--the entire State of WV and KY??

You are a dunderhead extrodinaire...pathetic...

It couldn't be for her issues, her positions, or her experience over Obama? How about his lack of character, honesty, experience, judgment, and won't give the folks a gas tax holiday? He's an elitist--people take offense to that crap!

Wait on how you feel in November when Obama loses and you can call the entire country racist because you didn't win with your guy Obama.

Murphy

As predicted.......

Just likes to see his words on the computer screen.

20% say race was a main factor, murphy. And as you've proven over the years: being a democrat doesn't make one progressive.

I read that 54 % thought that Obama shares the same controversial views as Wright, and those are the people that voted against him. Either that is a lie that they tell themselves so they don't vote black, or they really don't know him but think they do, or a mix in between.

20% say race was a main factor, murphy

And that's just the people who admitted to it. The real number is probably higher than that. The idea that Obama is an elitist is a myth perpetrated by Working Class Woman Clinton and Everyman McCain. If you say something long enough, people start to believe it, and no doubt that impression hurt him in WV and KY.

Looks like a big night for Obama.

He is going to cruise in a blue state (those he needs to win in November). Meanwhile, Hillary is going to win in bright red KY.

oh really..lets take a look at states Obama "won"

idaho..red
sc.. red
georgia.. red
alabama.. red
mississippi.. red
nebraska..red
montana.. red
alaska..red
utah..red

wow..24 states won..the only major state won by popular vote..none and 9 of the 24 he did win wont vote for him in the fall..

Hillary won 20 states..8 major states and the popular vote.. but a frowny face for hillary because she is not the golden one.

had the wright controversy occured before super tuesday.. this wouldnt even be a "race"

Don't you think the question is a little loaded?

I mean 20 years of Wright is the biggest concern for every person in this country.

Some folks choose to ignore it, deflect it, blame it on someone else--like the MSM.

The Dems are the party of inclusion and Danni calls the entire state of KY and WV racists because 20% say race was a factor.

So when the guy loses in November--don't have a melt down--and I guess we should prepare for everyone who voted for Obama to call the rest of the country racist.

How incredibly pathetic.

Murphy

I read that 54 % thought that Obama shares the same controversial views as Wright,

How is that possible since he's an apostate, muslim that took an oath on the koran, went to a madrassa, elitist that had sex and cocaine with a limo driver?

Good thing the media gave Obama a pass.

I mean 20 years of Wright is the biggest concern for every person in this country.

I'm a little more concerned with our record debt, losing two wars, and the world hating our guts, murphy. Must be something wrong with my brain.

odd if he's wrapped up the nomination he's still losing primary contests...

This just in: Kentucky voted against a half black man for stupid reasons, and for a white woman they'll never vote for in november. Even if the other choice was death.

News at 11.

Don't vote for Obama because he's Black = Racist

So what does it equal when, oh I'm guessing, 93% of Blacks voted for Obama because he's Black?

goto www.yahoo.com

in search box type "Michelle Obama Whitey"

Sehr intressant.

If there is such a thing and it gets to the MSM, it'll definitely be fun to watch the spin. Without a prepared speech he'll sound like a retarded Porky Pig and she'll melt down worse than Whitney Houston after a couple of days of hitting the ole crack pipe.

Obama said the bitter comments--from his own mouth to the rich and liberal elites --his audience in San Fran--Those were his words--he is dishonest and pompous.

Sometimes you have to take people by their own words.

He still stuck by them afterwards--so what "myth" are you referring to?

Then he sent his wife out to talk about his non elitist upbringing. She was rocking back and forth and ready to explode--not a pretty picture.

She looks better when she shuts up and smiles.

She is responsible for the Wright issue as much as Obama. She sat in the same pews for 20 years. Her thesis is a mouth full and she says America is a mean country and can't be proud of it until her husband started running for POTUS.

Do you think you are born an elitist? Maybe for some--but the vast majority come out of our universities and become somewhat successful and then they think they are better than everyone else.

Obama is a huge disappointment--and the Dems will have buyer's remorse in the end--when he loses...

Murphy

Nice try, rob. Hillary had that black vote initially and lost it to Obama.

Is she black too, stupid?

Black racism

PS- Go back to work, rob.

Nice try Alex, name another demographic voting 90%+ for either candidate...

Are women voting 90% for Hillary? No...

I guess Blacks are voting 90%+ for Obama because they're all so well read on the issues, and up to date on their foreign policy positions... lol

I see McSame only managed to get 72% of the GOP vote in Kentucky. Seems to be a pattern since he became the presumed GOP nominee.

name another demographic voting 90%+ for either candidate...

Blacks WERE voting for hillary in those numbers. But then she started to lose to Obama. Seems blacks vote for the DEMOCRAT they feel can win. Unless you'd like to show me that nationally 90% of blacks voted for Al Sharpton as president in 2004?(cuz they didn't, dumbass)

Otherwise, I'm right and you're just a race-baiting douche.

I repeat: Unless you can prove 90% of blacks voted for Al Sharpton nationally in 2004, your premise is wrong, rob.

Good luck with that.

Yeah... I'm race baiting Alex... not you at all...

90% of Blacks are voting for Obama BECAUSE he's Black and you fucking know it...

Don't start the racial argument if you don't want to look like an ass... which you do now.

A pattern? You mean winning?

If hillary won 12 in a row on ST Obama would have already quit.

Alex--I agree with you as the issues are what you and I and many here on the DR care about.

But the regular folks don't think like you and me.

They look at the person running and as shallow as it may be--they want to like the person.

Obama has been running a campaign based on himself as a person--all this hope and change and I can do it for you--we can do it together--missing the substance.

When the curtain was pulled back --the Wright videos and all the rest--Obama is just like every other politician--and worse!

His is dishonest and sat in those pews for 20 friggin years listening to that bullshit about our country!

He is a POS--and it gets better--if the Michelle tape is true--it's all over.

Then Wright will bring his book out in October--that will be all over the news.

At least with Wright--the asshole he is--That Guy is his true form--no lies about him except his beliefs--but what you see is what you get. And Obama called him his mentor--what a sap.

Murphy

He is a POS--and it gets better--if the Michelle tape is true--it's all over

Michelle tape?

90% of Blacks are voting for Obama BECAUSE he's Black and you fucking know it...

Like they voted for Sharpton? Keep running away from the point you can't disprove, sucker.

Hillary HAD the black vote and lost it. Is she black too, rob?

He still stuck by them afterwards--so what "myth" are you referring to?

If Hillary wins the nomination, Republicans will start calling her an elitist just as they did John Kerry. I don't know how they will do it, but they will find something she said or did and start spinning it. In any event, I hope they don't send out Cindy McCain with the Democratic nominee is an elitist message.

Alex, Sharpton is a joke, even Blacks know it... its a waste of a vote. Obama is a legit candidate, so he's getting 90% of the vote.

Women aren't voting 90% for Hillary... the only group voting so heavily for one candidate is 90%+ Blacks voting for the Black guy... but you're right, its because that many Black voters are just so well versed on whats going on.

Rob- If Hillary manages to pull out a victory and 90% of blacks vote for her, as they did before Obama got a significant white voter base, will that be based on her skin color too?

Or did you get proven wrong yet again, and refuse to admit it?

When hillary gets the majority of black voters it isn't racially motivated.

When Obama does it is. Uh, because I say so.

-Rob

If Hillary manages to pull out a victory and 90% of blacks vote for her, as they did before Obama got a significant white voter base, will that be based on her skin color too?

You think if Hillary takes the nomination that Blacks will even come out to vote at this point... LOL... do you grow your own shrooms?

I think the best part is that over 3% of the people in Kentucky voted "Uncommitted" in the Dem primary, and 5% in the Rep. I mean, who goes to the polls to vote that way?

"Ah gee Marge, I can't make up my mind but damn it I'm going to vote."

Also McCain only got 72% with Huck at 8, Paul at 7, and Romney 5. Over 3000 vote for Rudy!

Hahaha

You're doing a very lousy job of telling us why Obama getting his ass handed to him again is a GOOD thing, Alex.

40% of those who voted in MI did that. Which is one reason why it's ridiculous of hillary to think she earned all of MI's delegates. Then there's the fact that she said MI wouldn't count.(before she needed it to)

And using Sharptons opinion, a few posts after telling me blacks know he's a joke, is pretty stupid, rob.

As a political candidate he's a joke... as a civil rights leader for some fucked up reason, Black Americans actually listen to the douche.

Revs. Jackson/Sharpton, et. al. never had a chance because they never enjoyed the white support that Senator Obama has. Most people will vote for who they believe has the best chance of winning. Jackson/Sharpton didn't have a snowball's chance in hell because he lacked broad support from the primarily white voters, thus they did not enjoy 90% support from African Americans. Senator Obama does (meaning he has white support) and it's no surprise that African Americans are voting in droves for him -- because he actually has a chance -- because he has support from the majority (Whites). Does that logic make sense? Or do I need to cut down on the meds again? Jesus that's a convoluted mess but I'm not proofreading or even attempting to state it more succinctly. Alexandrite, I don't think it's as black and white as you paint it. no pun intended. I swear. No Really!

40% of those who voted in MI did that

Well yeah, but her and Kucinich were the only ones on the ballot... Edwards and Obama voters were trying to make a point and really embarass Clinton.

Another 459,000 voters in Kentucky decided they did not want to commide Obamacide in November.

Obamacide:
1.Reference to political suicide in which only the most blindly loyal supporters vote for the candidate whom they know is going to get an ass thumping.

It worked. Biden was still on the ballot I think. Honestly, for the first time ever, I didn't bother to vote that day.

Uncommited votes can still go to Hillary depending on what the delegates feel like doing, so I didn't bother. Also, I knew that MI wouldn't count.

They need to set those delegates--Dean phucked this up.

You can't have a convention with 48 states.

"So from the great state of ___--oops they aren't here!"

So Johnny--Do you think that if Jesse or Al had a breathe of white voters--they would have had the black vote at 94% like Obama?

Murphy

Dean didn't fuck up. Michigan and Florida did. In an effort to boost their economy, they tried to get candidates to come to their states earlier.

You can't change the rules willy nilly. MI legislature is going to get owned for doing this. Flordia? Who knows.

In MI the early primary was just a sad attempt to get candidates to show up at the dying auto-show, since we're 50th in jobs.

You can't have a convention with 48 states.

True, but to his credit, Barack would insist that all 57 he knows of be represented!

Obamas now giving another goddamn speech, saying that "we are waiting to come together, we are waiting to come together!" I guess that Appalachia, women, working class whites, and swing states didn't get the message.

Cook--I think he meant 47 states..

Alex--

The DNC and RNC are parties--the biggest parties that run people for office.

Yeah they wanted some of that fluff that Iowa and NH get every four years. Can you blame them? Look at the giant assed Farm bill that just got passed and to be vetoed by Bush! Every 4 years they pass a Farm Bill worse than the earlier--right after the caucus--after all that pandering and pimping.

But the DNC handled it wrong and look at the mess.

They can't dictate to states--States have the right to hold their elections when they want.

The DNC should have done what the Repubs did--seat half the delegates and the rest uncommitted.

That way the delegates will be there. The DNC just kicked the shit out MIFL.

The votes were certified by the State--they count!

This is all Dean's fault--but he will pass the buck and blame it on the states and the evil repub legislators. Boo Whoo! Whiner POC!

Murphy

Another revival meeting speech - welcome to Selma all you Obama nuts out there. CHANGE IS COMING -

Oregon's polls close in less than 15 minutes.

I wonder how long it will take Oregon election officials to open all
those write-in ballots and count them all?

Sorry, if dean was smart he would tell MI and FL to shut the fuck up or they won't be allow at the convention and further penalty will result for future.

Those states did it to themselves and they took the chance, now they have to pay for the error.

You know you have a point there CC--

Now they might have the early mail-ins counted.

But if I remember right they take a few days--even after 2004--they took a long time to get them all done.

Danni is all concerned that and thinks OR has a great system. If they color in the circle--the machines do the counting--just like the Dieblod and the chad machines.

But the time will be likely be long before they have a credible %% to call the race.

Murphy

Money...

Yea, you must be right - just get rid of Florida. After all didn't they put Bush in White House. Let's pretend they are no longer a State and throw Michigan in for good measure. I'm all for that because I'm one of those typical white women that will be voting for McCain in November along with all those voters in Florida and Michigan. Any many other women feel the same way. We make up 50% of the voting population as opposed to Obama's 90% of 16% of the population of blacks in this country. You do the math...

Yes--Money--let's see the DNC to tell MIFL to STFU!

Then the voters in those states can tell the Dems to STFU in the fall.

Murphy

"Rob--Here is the tape "rumor". This would explain why Obama went out there and demanded the GOP back off from his wife."

Hey, Murphy, did you hear the rumor that there is a videotape of McCain having a threesome with Bush and Jeff Gannon?

Sass,

Whaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh blubbbbbber blubbbber!

If you were from one of those states you should have listen to the DNC in the beginning.

Take the punishment and move on, stop cryin about the idiocy decision you made to render the DNC powerless against you.

You found out they do have a little bit of a back bone and now don't like it.

The fact that without FL and MI the DNC will still take the white house so you two states at this time don't mean shit. Take the penalty and learn from your stupid decision.

Murphy,

Yep - I hope they keep Michigan and Florida out so the Democratic Party gets the backlash they deserve. It should be beautiful. Only these yahoos could screw up a cake walk. If you don't take it too serious, you will see the absolute hilarity of it all - and their golden boy is the poster child - just imagine this guy in the White House giving his revival meeting speeches to the masses while he's bombing Pakistan and sitting down with Iran - amazing.

Money,

The penalty is for the American people not just two states. America gets stuck with an empty suit or an old man.

Well, with zero percent reporting MSNBC calls Oregon for Obama...

56 to 42% so far.

3% in Kentucky voted for "uncommitted". Why vote then?

60% went for Clinton, 35% for Obama, and 3% for uncommitted. Where's the other 2%?

OBAMA win oregon

63/37% now, 11% reporting.

Correction 65% for Clinton, 30% for Obama

No Null--I hadn't--but since you bring it up--you must like that sort of thing..

Murphy

REALLY!?!

Haim Saban Accused of Vote-Tampering. To What End?

The Huffington Post says that Israeli-American Clinton backer Haim Saban dangled a $1 million gift to the Young Democrats of America during a phone call in which he pushed the group's two super-delegates to commit to Hillary.

Obama has won some critical swing states, like Missouri, Iowa, Oregon, etc. He is on his way to the magic number.

Last week the Edwards endorsement sucked the oxygen out of Hillary's victory in WV, this around, it's Oregon. Yet, I wonder, what other trick does Obama have up his sleeve?

I wonder how long it will take Oregon election officials to open all
those write-in ballots and count them all?

If they are smart they started counting them 2-3 weeks ago when you could turn your ballot in.
The only ballots they should have to count are from today.

Obama has won some critical swing states, like Missouri, Iowa, Oregon,
When the Fuck did Oregon become a swing state?
In Portland they openly spit on returning US soldiers. And are proud of it.

Bullshit.

As much as I like McCain on a personal level, he was denied a sea going command and given a 100% disability pension 3 years after regaining his flight status which means he wasn't physically impaired, but the Navy decided he was not fit for command and eventually an admiralty.

So it will be Obama if this country has any sense left after the Bush years.

Where does this alleged spitting occur, E.D.?

I know Portland. You aren't even a good liar.

which means he wasn't physically impaired

The guy can't raise his arms above his shoulders... how is that not physcially impaired?

In Portland they openly spit on returning US soldiers. And are proud of it.

LOL!

I think you got the wrong state, it was TEXAS that openly spit on our troops and are still doing such things.

LOL - you've never been to Potland...

Good analysis on MSNBC. They took the numbers of those Democrats that said they'd vote for McCain over Obama (tonight's exit polling) and compared it to the state's statistics Bush's 2004 Democratic crossover. The numbers were higher in 2004 for each demographic.

No soldiers were spit on in any state.

Andrea,

Afraid you don't know much, and most who pay attention here know where I live.

Soldiers are spit on in TEXAS all the time, it is still going on today......those are the facts.

Link? Go spit on a soldier--see how fast you get your ass kicked. If he can't do it, he'll go get some buddies who can. But this "spitting on soldiers" is bullshit.

BB,

I am afraid you are not reading what I have said with a clear head, try it again and use some thought behind it.

The guy can't raise his arms above his shoulders

I've seen video of him waving above his shoulders. I'm not sure where the assertion started, but it is at least an exaggeration.

Ask your wife about stenosis. I'm sure he took some horrible beatings that complicated and hasten that natural progression we all face. At 72 it's pretty much a given that it can reduce movement.

How do you account for regaining his flight status? He had to be in good physical health. He was given a training command, even received a commendation, yet he was then transferred to Washington to be a Congressional liaison. With a dad and grandfather who made Admiral they had to give him every consideration, and I'm sure they did, but not a real Command.

Bottom line: The Navy didn't trust him with a carrier. I have deep reservations about trusting him with our country.

Ozark,

Nicely done, besides all the background information I don't trust him just by what he doesn't say.

Let's see a link for that, shitstain.

PS- I know a soldier that got spit upon. The guy doing it didn't even know he was a soldier, and he still got his ass kicked.

Find me stories of soldiers actually being spit on. I think some of you watched "rambo" too much as a child.

Oregon for O. Stay away from oregon. It rains too much here. alla time.

I spit on a soldier., my cousin in fact. I was drinking a beer when he did something funnny. Spit my beer all over him.

You dont trust McCain, but you trust Hillary and or Obama? Pretty funny.
