IMHO, a judge should set a positive example when it comes to his/her conduct in court. It would appear
that the judge mentioned in this article has not done that. Also, a judge that can't stay awake in court
has no business being there. This isn't some kind
of popularity contest, it's a court of law. The
stakes are too high to allow someone that can't remain conscious and alert at all times. Hopefully, if all
the allegations against her are true, the judicial review committee permanently removes her from the bench. The fact that she has disabilities is irrelevant.

These are appalling allegations. If the allegations prove correct then this judge needs to be bounced off the bench and disbarred.

Given the behavior alleged, she should consider a career as a professional Dominatrix. Can you not see self important, egotistical attorneys paying good money to be abused by her while she wears black robes?
