RCADE,

We need to create a whole section for this kind of stuff.

As much as I think clinton is terribly bad for this country I can't help but think she is staying in beyond all odds for a reason.

Just having patti murray SD pledging to clinton has me worried. I think some type of investigations need to begin on money flows and promises made by these SD's it is clear that patti has been promised something.

We need to create a whole section for this kind of stuff.

Damn right we do! Otherwise the 14 people who haunt this blog just don't get enough opportunities to screech about their Osamagasm

Vern,

As much as I understand the idea that you don't like Obama, you don't have a problem with this, and I note that you are not a democrat so would expect at least some what of an honest answer.

As I think about the elected super delegate patti murray and her pledge to hillary when the people she represents clearly have voice support by over whelming numbers they support Obama.....What else does patti murray not provide support for those she is suppose to represent?

Murray was exposed for receiving campaign contributions that followed earmarks for a company that was producing inferior military equipment.

One of the newspapers up there decided to track earmarks and there's an interesting documentary about it. Then there was that story about another SD who was asked, What would it take...?

Apparently Patti had an answer.

Hahahaha

Ozark,

Thanks for the imput, there are quite a few drudgies up here in Washington with a few democratic radio host who follow the retort too and I hope they view this and make it an item to make things a little difficult for patti murray.

I now have to question all the delegates like this and how they don't represent their people.

I send letters quite frequently to no avail. but now this has hit a soar note for me, never did I expect this and both our women representative have made the pledge to hillary.

Something is not right here, not at all.

Patti murray clearly shows her disrespect for the voters of this state and it clearly shows the democratic party has a problem with this elite status of they know better than the voice of the people.

They need to go.

Patti murrays' report card on all votes regarding immigration

Looking at this and the D's and F's make a clearer picture.

Vote 77: S 2349: Collins Amdt. No. 3176; To establish the Senate Office of Public Integrity.

patty murray voted no on this, wow, clearly we can see she is not interested in public integrity.

I bet as I keep fishing, her integrity won't look so good.

Follow the money, and I bet there is a load being promised by clinton.

The Navy paid $4.5 million to build the boat. But months before the hull ever touched water, the Navy gave the boat to the University of Washington. The school never found a use for it, either.

Why would the Navy waste taxpayer dollars on a boat that nobody wanted?

Blame it on Sen. Patty Murray and Congressmen Norm Dicks and Brian Baird. All three exercised their political muscle to slip language into a 2002 spending bill to force the Navy to buy the boat from Edmonds shipbuilder Guardian Marine International.

Year after year, the Washington lawmakers did favors for the tiny company, inserting four "earmarks" into different bills to force the Navy and Coast Guard to buy boats they didn't ask for -- $17.65 million in all. None of the boats was used as Congress intended.

The congressional trio say they were helping Guardian Marine because it had a great product. But each has also received generous campaign donations from the company's three executives, its sole employees: $14,277 to Baird, $15,000 to Murray, and $16,750 to Dicks.

Well, talk about government waste, and patti murray is her name, she is doing a good job at representing the people.......NOT!

Although Murray is sometimes underestimated, observers say that she's not afraid to play hardball when necessary. When Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., tried to eliminate a spending earmark that Murray obtained, she threatened other senators' projects should they vote against her. When the Bush administration was slow to release port security funding for her state, Murray slapped a "hold" on the nomination of Clay Johnson, a close friend of President Bush's, to be deputy director at the Office of Management and Budget. And when former Rep. George Nethercutt, R-Wash., announced that he would run against her in 2003, one of her top aides told contributors that donations to her opponent would be viewed as a hostile act.

Now we see why they keep getting voted in year after year.

Our representatives in action threatening keeps them in power. Corporate pandering seems to go both ways now doesn't it.

Nice to see the ethical value of these SD's.

Taxpayers for Common Sense has dubbed her the "Queen of Pork" for her earmarking prowess.

I think the whole SD gig is ridiculous to start with, but isn't the point of the whole system so that the SD's are in place to override the results of the nomination process?

now leave it open to debate if this woman is voting because she's getting a kickback, or because she thinks Obama can't win in the general, but if the Dems didn't have a "everyone gets a trophy" mentality of a nomination system with no winner takes all states then this situation wouldn't even exist.

Question, should Kennedy, who endorsed Obama, now switch to Clinton because she won the state of Massachusetts?

Member,

Good question. Clinton won mass. by 56% so yes I think kennedy would need to endorse Clinton.

The one thing I would certainly do though is get a voice of the people to see what they are thinking.

The problem here is the democratic party has clearly shown they are not interested in the people. The democratic party has made it so it is party before the people and have open the door for bribes, promises, laundering and all kinds.

patty murray and maria cantwell certainly appear to have go some type of promise, bribe, or under the table money for their vote.
